Happened yesterday with my ATF. jackslash's take is what i remember from my month all over the country. If you make an effort to respect local customs and the culture, then you'll have few problems. I had the same thing happen to me in a known extras club, but the girl didn't want the club to take a cut of the VIP fee. So she took me to a very dark corner of the LD area and cowgirled me. This sounds so much like my post from a few weeks back. Fave will do anything and everything for me ITC with no tip expected or required and has flaked on me twice OTC. Well-respected TUSCL members set me straight--she's not into you. Enjoy the ITC for what it is. If you need/want OTC move on to other girls.

I witnessed a dancer get fired at a nude club for walking the floor immediately at her stage shift--she didn't put her g-string back on before she started walking the floor. She made one circle around the stage thanking those who tipped her. As she headed for the DR, management fired her on the spot. She literally dropped to her knees begging. She was escorted into the DR and 5 minutes later was escorted out of the club. I'm guessing nudity on the floor will get a club fined/closed. Management was clearly pissed.

Two Bachelor's, a Master's, + more credits. All required for attaining, then keeping, my job. Also have a couple of state licenses.
While education is very important to me, I got my first job in my field because he knew me. I got hired by another employer because I knew one of his employees. I've found that "who you know" is just as important as "what you know," so I'm guessing whoever knows JS is LDKing and OTCing for life (oh, and getting the best bud available).

As Subra and other have mentioned, day shift visits are usually a buyer's market, and I generally plan to stay for 3-4 hours, so I can be a bit patient. Being a regular also helps, even with girls you don't get dances from--sometimes, they'll even help you get the attention of the girl you are interested in.
The one time I "had to have" a dance from a particular girl who "promised to stop by" after her stage time and didn't, I just walked up to her and told her I would be waiting in the LD area; she was talking to another guy at the time. I'm sure I pissed off the other guy (who may or may not have been after a LD or VIP--I didn't care). The guy and PL were sitting at a table on the floor. I walked up to her from behind, put my hand on her shoulder, leaned down and whispered in her ear exactly what I was waiting for and walked towards the LD area. She caught up to me in about 5 seconds. The dances were most memorable.

Careful what you wish for. I got offered an OTC after a very satisfying VIP, and I think the lady even surprised herself when she mentioned it. We made arrangements, even got her #, but she was a no show. I don't even know if I should go back to the club and try again with the lady or just ignore her when she comes around asking for a dance.
