Change of such magnitude is pretty unlikely unless other major change has also happened, like new owner. I have seen big changes in clubs before though. I used to go to this one place that was known for good 2 way dances, then the owner got it in his head to install VIP rooms and just let the dancers do whatever they want in there. It was cool for awhile but of course LE eventually got wind of it, did a sting and boom, club shuttered a year later.

I've been to Hostess clubs in Japan, I didn't know there were any here in the US. You spend a few hundred bucks in one, get drunk, chat up some hot chicks, almost certainly make arrangements to OTC, and sing some karaoke. If you reach VIP status, the club may even invite you to events off site, like bowling or similar shit. What it amounted to for me was a great opportunity to fuck filipina chicks. Lots of them.
