I have noticed from reading the reviews that the guys that get dances in smaller market areas are generally satisfied with by their visits at the smaller clubs, but the guys that club in major metro areas are not happy with the clubs except for Atlanta, Dallas, Phoenix and maybe South Florida. I think that the smaller markets generally have lower expectations which makes it easier and the major metro areas of New York, Las Vegas, Chicago and the major markets in California, people in general are more demanding as those markets are generally very expensive. Just an observation anyone else noticing this.
Yeah but I've been to Dallas, Phoenix and Atlanta and they're not as good as my experience in Detroit. Detroit is the perfect SC city for PL's. The smaller markets don't have variety and competition. I don't think the size of the city is the one variable. There are many reasons why cities offer different experiences. And of course YMMV.
Also what your expectations are going in to the club impact level of satisfaction. If you are used to uhm lappers and extras anything less will not be satisfying. If you are used to one way contact or air dances, a dance where you get to touch everywhere and get hj, bj over the pants might seem like nirvana.
I think the smaller markets get more repeat reviews, which are obviously going to be more positive and more consistent. The larger area's have more visitor reviews, and since those visitors may not have realistic expectations there's going to be more variance and more disappointment over all.
For example, the locals around here know what Tootsies & Scarlett's are all about. If we go to either one, we're gonna have a good time. That's because we go in looking for what I know is there. Someone expecting the typical Miami dirtiness in Scarlett's is going to be disappointed. Another dude expecting to exchange some witty banter with a classy dancer is likely to find Tootsies repulsive. They might switch clubs the second night & both have a ball. Is one club more satisfying than the other? IMO, not really.
I think that people are generally less satisfied with clubs in places like Las Vegas, NYC and Chicago because those clubs those clubs often cost a lot more and provide a lot less than clubs in smaller markets. I travel a great deal and I rarely bother clubbing in any of those three locations anymore. And when I do club in those areas, I go out to outer regions (like Harvey in IL or Queens in NYC) as the club experiences are a bit more fun for a bit less cash.
