I s in a club in richmond- a low end club with low end girls. The only white girl in the club decides to make a run at me and jobs me at the take. She's in her 20s and just came off the stage. When she was on all 4s (on stage) you could see her belly hanging low. It was disgusting. So she's at my table and telling me how she self conscious about her body. Stay away from, or at least limit, foods that are packaged with big letters saying "eat me I'm healthy". If you intuitively know that the packaged garbage isn't good for you, then the don't be seated by misleading marketing. The more the package says" healthy food inside ", the more likely it's not that healthy. For instance, check out Krave in the cereal aisle. Instead go for foods you know to be healthy. There's no need to market apples, etc.

The termination probably doesn't effect the pension except marginally. She must be vested so she doesn't lose her benefit. Regarding age 55, that's typically the earliest age that pension payments can be started . She can also wait to start her pension after age 55 and likely receive a higher benefit. But, there are other retirement benefits that she needs to look into. Specifically are there are retirement health benefits and are they effected by this termination? That can be an important issue to understand.
