Afternoon visits
I visited the HiLiter 3 days in a row right around opening time, during a recent trip to Phoenix. Fri, Sat, and Sun. The first day, I started at the bar. Don't do that. Start at a table since it's much more comfortable for when the girls start coming by. The first girl that came by was Jewel, a not unattractive AA. She was playful by the bar and we moved to a table where she became more friendly. I was happy to let her give me a floor dance and she told me $15. I let her do one dance but thought that floor dances were $10. All other dancers confirmed that floor dances are $10. That was my last dance with Jewel. Numerous other dancers came by and I can't remember all the names, except for Desiree, a very attractive 25 yo. She was friendly, pretty, talkative, and sensual. After hanging with me for a while, it was her turn to dance on stage. She said she would come right back and she did. Soon, we did a test dance on the floor, and then went back to the VIP for a few $30 dances. The VIP area is a few semi-open cubicles with a staff member standing at the beginning of the area. Just ignore all others, focus on your girl, and that works fine. Des was very accommodating and I left more satisfied than I had been in a long time. I came back the following day and Des and I picked up where we left off. That covered Fri and Sat. I completed the trifecta on Sunday and there just wasn't the same quality of dancers. One note, there are lots of Cuban dancers. As a group, they tend to be hit and run, stopping by for a quick visit by your table and quickly going into the "dance baby?" mode. In general, the Cubans were fun but I just didn't feel the need to go to VIP with any of them. An unrelated comment - if you haven't tried fry bread, take advantage of the HiLiter's location and go to the nearby The Fry Bread House.
