I only tip during her performance on stage. Most of the time it is $2 - $5 depending on the energy displayed in her routine. A real innovative dance or pole act could get her $10. I am an old school guy and think it is rude of any dancer if she doesn't take the time to pass by later and say "thank you". I don't care if some big spender is one her mind. She could at least be polite. I would not ever see myself participating in a "walk by parade for $". I am not a penny pincher, but very rarely do VIPs either.

I think that I am going to watch it again.

I remember an old club called Dockside Dolls in Graham, NC that closed down and the building became a church. I often wondered what they did with the stage poles? The building now is some kind of event center. I believe that it was back when it was Dockside. Saw the Morrell Sisters (much younger of course) dance there. Yep, it was a event center. Shadow's post brought back a few good memories. Just an old clubber reminiscing.

There once was a young, real hot (model face and smile) at the old Chastity's Columbia SC that tried to pull a similar stunt / desperation plea on me. Called me asking for money and my answer was "I don't feel comfortable beginning that path". (i.e..Sugar Daddy without any Sugar). A couple of weeks later she called again and I reiterated the previous answer. She came up with a story the previous call was not her but from her sister. (Yeah right). My next comment was an emphatic "NO!" and cut the phone call short. My cell phone then begin to lite up with a barrage of scathing text messages. After about a dozen of her rants, I texted "Please don't contact me ever again". She did send one more. It was a full length mirror photo of her offering me a one finger salute. Over the years, I admit to letting a real babe sucker me into occasionally offering assistance, but ONLY ONCE DID IT EVER PROVE OUT TO BE SOMETHING MORE THAN A SCAM. Remember - Strip Club are a fantasy atmosphere and patrons need to always be aware of such.

It was from a dancer. Calling me every name in the book when she heard that I went to her club and got dances from another lady. She said I spent big bucks on the other dancer. The truth is that I didn't spend anywhere near the money she quoted and I wasn't about to tell her otherwise as the one blasting me was showing her true colors and I was content to let her "stew". Got another one from a another dancer than figured out my moniker and I my review said that I was pretty sure she was 5 months pregnant. What was funny is that I never mentioned the dancer's name in the review. Oh well - Such is life & lessons learned.

Tough call my friend. My two cents: Don’t ever underestimate a dancer’s possessiveness and desire to control their clients. Don’t want to even think about what might happen should #1 genuinely like you. It is a very rare find to have a lady that isn’t jealous of other dancers as they want exclusive access to the $$$ you play with. Question: What do you think will happen when #1 finds out about #2 or vice versa? Are you ready for that potential drama? Good luck on your decision.

I just "maybe later" and they always seem to come back. "I am waiting for someone" works better and they usually leave me alone. BTW - I never tip a lady that asks for one simply because she is a queen and feels that I am graced by her presence.

In short, it is my understanding the term is a description of how much contact is allowed during a dance, either by dancer or customer. Low mileage = air dances or little contact. High mileage = free roaming by dancer / customer and the possibility of "extras". I am sure that some other members could more eloquently elaborate.

Drunkest Stripper I Ever Encountered: 1). Was a very pretty dancer half my age at Twin Peeks in Charlotte. This was sometime back in the mid 1990s. 2). She left several hundred bucks with me to hold while she disappeared to the bathroom for over 1/2 hour. I have no idea why she left the cash, I am not a bank. She just says, "hold this for a minute". 3). I was ready to call it a night and leave, so I walked towards the door to the dressing room only to find her dancing for some other dude. Upon finishing, I got her attention and she grabs / leads me back to my previous seat. 4). I returned her cash. Then she does a couple of dances and never asks for a dime. Hands me her phone number and insists on my promise to call her. Not just insists, but demands. I finally promised. 5). I called her number (blocking mine) as soon as I got back to my car, knowing she wouldn't answer due to her phone being in her locker. Kept my promise to call, but really didn't want to be bothered in the future with some drunken dancer calling me at all hours of the night. 6). Basically forgot the incident until this discussion topic. I seriously doubt she made it through the reminder of evening with her money. Darn pretty girl, even drunk.

I once took a dancer with me on a beach trip. I estimated the amount that would be normally spent "beach clubbing" and offered it to her. She jumped at the opportunity (no problem staying in the same room) and I had a great girlfriend for five days. No need for clubbing that week. I often wondered if she crossed the line between dancer and escort.

Fist clue was the old Gold Club in Hotlanta back around 1987. It was smoking hot both during the day and night. I had no clue about SS and the dancer hustle or even when a lady was suggesting OTC. The most sensational dancers were sensual on stage with practiced routines, kind of like a "Flashdance" beginning which matured to a very erotic temptation. I look for dancers that bring "something special" to their performance. I miss those types of dancers.

My excursions have encountered a couple of 50 years old and they looked great (face & body) in "club light", but wondered what the mileage factor would be in normal sunlight. Had several grandmothers 36-45 years that I would rate 7+ in both club and sun light. Even had a mother - daughter duo dance doubles a few times. They didn't seem to mind, so why should I as they both were quite the lookers.
