@ grand: Being a skilled and seasoned boobologist, I recommend you go to bing.com and click on "videos." Then enter search phrases such as "flashing boobs," "showing boobs in public," etc. Also look at the suggested searches that are provided. I didn't take the time to find the one Shadow provided, but you may find similar ones there.
Even though the video is in an eastern European language, at the very end it shows the title in English, "Titty Flash Compilation." You might try that also.
