    Exploration & Discovery
It's interesting that you used it to find a former Hawaii Theater (City of Industry, CA) dancer, because it was a dancer *at* the Hawaii that told me about TUSCL. However, she couldn't have been that familiar with it at the time. She didn't have the initials in the correct order. She said, "To find it, just play around with these intials: T,S,C,U,L" or something like that. At the time (early 2000's), I wasn't too concerned about not finding it, because I lived in Southern California and www.zbone.com was all I needed. Then after I moved to Seattle in 2006, all the local clubs were very well covered on www.stripclublist.com. By 2010, the content on that website had turned to absolute garbage, so I remembered TUSCL and thought, maybe I should look that up. I did. I've had great experiences with some very knowledgeable and helpful members since then.

Clubs without their own parking lot
In general, my experience has been that clubs in downtown areas are like that. Two here is Seattle, are good examples: Deja Vu, Seattle, and Little Darlings are both in downtown areas with absolutely no parking of their own. The former is near major downtown hotels and tourist attractions. Parking is difficult to find there. I've usually parked in a parking structure three blocks away. Several problems with that. Little Darlings is on the fringe of downtown, so it's difficult to get parking in the evening hours. On street is free and easy to get, or there is a pay lot across the street from the club that is only $5.

Dancers indication of a bigger problem
Charles: The biggest weakness I see in your story is that you spent FIVE YEARS (???) trying to help this dancer AND her family ??? Even if you could afford it, I'd say that's way too generous of you. I'd have been outta there after three to four months of not seeing any improvement.

Where do you sit ad why ?
My seat location is somewhat like big_d described. First, I like bench seating in any club over individual chairs, because the dancers can sit closer (cuddle up, essentially) on bench seating. Most clubs have some bench seating. Then I like to position myself where I can see the dancers coming and going from the various areas of the club: Lap dance areas are most important, so I can see who the in-demand dancers are as well as keep track of the dancers I already know. Then the dressing room, ladies room, d.j. booth, bar, manager's desk, etc. I like to know where the dancers are in the club as much of the time as I can.

Not for the Faint of Heart
I think I'm with Corvus on this one. One of the clubs in my area is having a "BBW Night" soon. I wonder if this is the type of "talent" they expect to attract.

SMH and also had to LOL @ this Review
That was pretty stupid on two accounts: 1. The strip club manager or owner assumed his dancer was being tipped because of extras. (Maybe the club wanted to fire her anyway, for other reasons.) 2. To throw out a high spending customer is pure lunacy!

Strip Club Hound -- Most shocking thing you've seen in a SC
@ Corvus: I'm also a regular reader of the Strip Club Hound. I wholeheartedly recommend his blog. I too, read that interview and thought the dressing room incident was pretty strange. I don't have a "strange strip club event" to share as you asked for, but I believe there is one strip club that has tranny dancers. It's the Vintage Industrial Strip in Sun Valley, CA (L.A. area in the east San Fernando Valley.) That alone sounds pretty strange to me. I'd certainly never venture in there.

    SC withdrawal
I concur with Slick. Also, when I can't be a club-goer, I find just talking about it on TUSCL a very good substitute. I like reading of the adventures of our members, and posting stories about my own experiences. Your feelings and reactions are quite normal, I assure you.

    OT:Dog TV
Interesting! I might be a prime candidate for that. I have cable now, but am seriously thinking of switching to satellite, DirecTV in particular. And I have two young puppies (pics of them at the end of my profile pics). So far I crate them when I need to leave home. I'd like to get rid of the crate because of the room it takes up. I want to train them to have the run of the house without the usual destructive puppy behavior while I'm away; maybe Dog TV will help with that!

my nice new stripper friend wants me to pay for her room in a hotel as she broke
I too, got taken by surprise by my ATF. However, fortunately, there was no request for money when the "end" came. Try to get over it and move on. Just be prepared now, that any stripper you might encounter could have reliability, and trustworthiness problems. Be on your guard!

    Worst reaction to OTC request?
The only bad reaction I ever had was this story: I had agreed to do an OTC at my house. (I do all of mine at home, unless I'm travelling and already have a hotel room.) The date was agreed upon three weeks in advance, with specified activities, price, apparel, and length of time. 75 minutes before the dancer was due to arrive at my house she texted me to say that if she was coming to my house she'd need at least $200. more than we had negotiated. I told her I'd call another girl instead. I never spent another dollar on her again. (She didn't have a car, which I knew. I sense that she'd have had to take a cab to get to my house, which could have been the reason for the sudden price increase. Since then, I've made sure any OTC candidate had her own car.)

I believe that if a dancer offers you to "hot dog" her, that's the same as "Russian." (I can certainly understand the relationship.) Only one dancer ever offered me that, by that terminology, so I'm not sure if that's a common expression or not. Anyone else know?

    Shift Change
@ Shadow: I know that Cheetah's in Las Vegas has a separate employees (dancers, mostly) parking lot. The dancers also enter via a separate entrance from the customers. Their entrance is directly to the dressing room. Because of that, they don't have the opportunity to be seen on the floor in street clothes. (Also, they can't scope out the customers before deciding whether or not to sign on for the night, as a lot of dancers in small clubs will do .)

    Shift Change
My experience in that subject has been a lot like Lopaw and Motorhead described. And, the street clothes I'd usually see dancers wearing into the club, wasn't flattering on them. One club I used to go to in L.A., the Strip Joint in Pomona, had an unusual floor plan for a strip club. It was a long narrow building. The front door was at one end, and the dressing room was at the opposite end. Dancers entering the building, in their street clothes, had to walk past the entire seating area to get to the dressing room. Customers could get a good look at the dancers coming in for the night shift and decide whether or not it was worth the wait for them to come out. Knowing what a big audience they had at that moment, you'd think maybe they'd dress better to attract attention. But none did.

    Millionaire stripper
She got a good attorney. In Southern California, where she appears to be from (Rancho Cucamonga), Roger Jon Diamond is a well-known strip club attorney. Whenever a strip club gets into trouble, Diamond's name often appears in the news defending the club. (I don't recall stories of him defending individual strippers, though.)

Yes, the stripes are flattering on her. But that's because she has a good figure. Stripes (whether horizontal or vertical), checks, plaid, and the like need to worn with caution. They will accentuate body contours. If those contours are already good, then they'll look even better when highlighted with horizontal or vertical lines. On an overweight woman, they'll make her look even heavier.

    Smooth Skin
Slick, I'm with you. Smooth skin is a highly desirable characteristic in a dancer. I'll often overlook other bodily deficiencies in favor of quality skin. It's a real surprise when I encounter it, because it's not something like boobs or butts that you can see coming toward you ahead of time. You don't know it until you're in contact with it. One of many pleasant tactile experiences in a strip club!

how long can you last on $100?
My club-going habits are just like Clubber's, with one exception. I have a long record (several years), of not using a club's ATM. For every club I regularly go to, I know where the nearest location is for my own bank's ATM. I don't mind leaving the club to do that. Usually I appreciate the opportunity to take a break for a while anyway. For the clubs in my area that don't have an in and out policy, I'm friendly with the door personnel to have them let me back in without paying the cover charge again.

    Sunday Clubbing
Two alternatives on this subject: 1. Like Clubber mentioned, if you have a fave or dancers you know that you like that work on Sundays, then you'll have less interference from other dancers by clubbing on Sundays. 2. If you're not looking to spend time with dancers you already know, and you want to maximize your potential, then go to a club that has a high number of dancers compared to other clubs. They'll still have more dancers on shift on Sundays, than the smaller clubs. Generally, clubs are dead on Sunday afternoons. I do have a CF that works Sunday, day shift. So, occasionally I'll see her on a Sunday afternoon, but I prefer to see her when she works during the week. If I don't have other plans on weekend afternoons, I'm usually at home watching sports on TV, year round. Clubbing on weekend afternoons, is the last thing I'd think to do at those times.

That happened with daddysgirl some time ago. I sense that she requested Founder to delete her account. I had lots of PMs with her. Even they disappeared when her account was deleted. Her current account is daddysgirl1, but she only was active under that name in January.
