@ GoV: Another phenomenon about dancers going on stage, is that some are most sensitive about showing their imperfect stomach. Baby weight gain and stretch marks are more embarrassing to them, sometimes, than showing pussy. Some dancers in that category will wear a one-piece costume, and pull it down to show their boobage, then pull it up from the bottom to show the pussorial region. Technically, they're showing "everything," so they're nude by the club's standard while on stage.

There's a sign in the dressing room of one the clubs here in Seattle that reads, "By the middle of the first song you should be topless. By the middle of the second song, you should be nude." Amazing that in a nude strip club, dancers have to be reminded of that.

@ alabegonz: Read my post again. She's only 19 (maybe 20 by now). She wont' be able to work the clubs you mentioned.

DG, You specifically mentioned that you're looking for a nude club. I believe I recall you mentioning that you're only 19. That will certainly limit you to the nude clubs there. I usually recommend to dancers that want to try dancing in Las Vegas to wait until they're 21. Then you'll have the full range of clubs available to you.
Also, have you looked into the licensing requirements? Las Vegas might have the most stringent in the country. You're welcome to PM me fordetails. I can help you more.

8. Gained or lost two much weight.
Shark, I could have written that! I just recently said that at least a long time fave needs a rest. Maybe for good. All of your four reasons apply in my case, plus another. In her case she's also gained a lot of weight over the past three years. (I've know her for seven years, total.) Maybe I'm finally tired of the constant weight gain.

I looked at the photos of the successful candidates. To me that test only seems to discern how big your nose is.

Spilled drinks absorb better on carpeting and the broken glass stays closer to its target as well. Tile, not a good idea. I can't recall a strip club that had a hard surface on the main floor. The lobby, maybe, but not on the main floor.

The last time this subject came up, Farmerart chimed in with a very good response. If he doesn't respond this time, I suggest you PM him for his advice.

Like most others above, I've certainly had my share of dancers not following through on commitments. I've met all my commitments to dancers I've ever met. Maybe only a few I couldn't, but I explained ahead of time, or rescheduled where necessary.
One dancer who has repeatedly failed to do little things (lunch, trips to our local dog park with our dogs, etc.) with me outside of the club that she said she would, but hasn't, no longer gets my business.

Papi, I can match you. I've also known dancers that were 6'2" and 4'10." I've known a few that were 6'0" and 6'1" as well.

In Seattle, $20 and $10 "ladies drinks" as their termed here are standard. (And that's just soda and juice.) I once had a dancer assume I'd be okay with a $20. drink like you had, but I interrupted her and told the waitress $10. That dancer lost out big time. She was well within my preference range, and all I did with her was buy her that $10. drink that day. I intended to buy a few dances from her. If her dances were good, she would have gained a regular.

The best advice is to go to Portland for the afternoon. PM Ranukam for advice there. If you feel you have to go to a strip club in Seattle, the general advice is Pandora's and Sands, for extras/good mileage. Any of the other clubs (mostly Deja Vu) for eye candy. Afternoons are very weak for selection. Most clubs will have less than ten girls working in the afternoon.
If you'd care to PM me and tell me where you'll be staying, I might be able to help you more.

Goonster almost expressed my sentiment: For years I've felt that lap dancing is "lightweight" prostitution. It isn't sex, but the customer is paying for the use of a woman's body.

@ Steve, Similar circumstance: She was gorgeous and voluptuous enough even without her sons' friends knowing she was a stripper, that they were probably over at her house frequently. Undoubtedly, she was a hot mom!

There was a period of time several years ago, where I had a major fave in one club, but I still got dances from several others. She was okay with it, and she made a good living as a dancer anyway. I've never sensed jealousy from dancers when they knew I "played the field."

As far as a per chance meeting a stripper outside the club, the usual etiquette is if both of you are alone, it's okay to greet each other and chat (assuming you remember her name, once you see her with clothes on). If either one of you is with someone else, it's best not verbally acknowledge each other. A discreet wink or nod is okay.

I wouldn't be concerned what others (dancers or customers) think of you while you're sitting alone at the stage. As long as you're having fun, don't worry about your "image" in the club. Any customers alone, whether at or away from the stage usually get treated better by the dancers, anyway.
I wish I had one part of your description here in Seattle. That's where you said dancers don't ask for dances while your sitting at the stage. I wish they'd do that here. Anywhere else I've clubbed it's been commom dancer etiquette not to solicit dances from customers sitting at the stage. The customer usually wants to concentrate on what's going on on stage, not dancers wandering the floor looking for business.

That's also the second time in recent months that the Strip Club Hound had a post on that subject. That's unusual for him to repeat a subject so soon after its first posting.
