I think a better test would be to slip your index finger into her vagina and if you can still bring it to your lips after that, she is beautiful.
I looked at the photos of the successful candidates. To me that test only seems to discern how big your nose is.

However, I followed this link from thegloss.com, every manly man's favorite website: thegloss.com and found this video of a hot Spanish chica stuffing a pillow under her dress to see how she would look pregnant and then sticking a pin into a bunch of condoms.
