the club i go to doesnt seem to do them anymore. which is sad. to me they are more profitable to the club. If you advertise 2 for 1 days then you get more custies coming in which means more food and drink sales, plus there are the dances. specials like this help the club.
Anyway, it may differ from club to club but the club I go to doesn't cut songs, I studied music business in college so I am familiar with many of the songs that are played and can attest to that, on top of that if someone comes to tip as a song is ending, the DJ is often nice enough to rewind the song a bit.
The bad: i usually get off 3/4 through the first song, so theres less excitement in the 2nd. also I have been ripped off at least once by a girl during 2 for 1 dances. i only wanted one and she told me i had to pay the full 20 because even though its 2 for 1 the strippers are independent contractors and can decide for themselves if they wanna do full charge for one during a 2fer.
All in all i like 2fers but there are downsides

And if I can interject again, I believe what this girl was saying was it's hard to be a girl because of periods, child birth and the like. I really don't see how she could be trafficked into it. i don't really see how it could be lucrative, you know?

From my experience, dives are usually the nude clubs and you rarely will find a good looking girl, your mileage will not vary because these girls as stated by OP, are streetwalkers, homeless or recently out of jail/recovery and therefore, youll get a handy or better. All these are on the negative side to me.
The only thing i can think of that is a plus, is the cheaper dances. nude clubs (or dives as they are referred to here) are usually $10 for a dance non private, which i will admit, is a good deal

I think for alot of these girls, be it cam girls or strippers or escorts, they believe they have no choice. Like their current situation, whatever it may be, lead them to do this, I always, always say that no one holds a gun to these girl's heads (except on VERY rare occasions) to make them do it. they have to make money. They find it is easiest to use their bodies to make money and they capitalize on it. Of course unless the rare occasion that they are forced comes up, they are free to do so. Unless you were talking to a girl from thailand or cambodia, then they could not possibly be trafficked. Here in Texas, minimum wage is 7.25 an hour. Clearly a stripper could make more money at $20 a dance before or after club dues are in.

Guys on this forum are gonna say yes. Dancers on this forum are gonna say no. I think the definition of whore in this context is pretty self-explanatory. I personally have never encountered any stripper that was a whore that was at an upscale club. I have an ATF of sorts and she is married, is open about it, yet makes out with me in VIP but draws the line at that. I suppose some people would by the context of which "whore" is used here, consider her a whore. I don't.

There was this one dancer I used to love. She looked like Selena Gomez. She told me she lived in another nearby town with her son and she had taken up guardianship of her sister. She always talked about not wanting to work there, and while I never said it, I kept thinking "well then, why not get another job that you can tolerate better?". It was a good idea to keep my mouth shut. Anyway, a few months back I was on the bus going somewhere, and lo and behold, she was waiting at a bus stop to go to work just a few blocks east of where I lived. I actually felt worse for her because that part of town is a reletively shitty part, but long story short, she made up the story about living so far away from the club and it was hard to get places.

@Papi_Chulo- I do consider myself lucky. That's why I think I may have a chance. It's a big long shot, but hey, any time I've asked her for a dance (I'm not poor, long story as to why I don't drive) she's turned it down
