I'm not a heavy drinker so most of my spending in a strip club is for dances. As a result, I usually carry a combination of 20s and 50s, but no 100s. For some reason, I prefer to give the strippers exact change for a VIP session rather than wait for them to provide change for a 100. By the way, larger denomination banknotes (500 and up) were discontinued in 1969.

I'm an old white guy with limited Spanish skills but I've made nearly a dozen trips to Hong Kong without incident following the script posted by inno123. I'd emphasize taking a cab through the seedy neighborhoods between the border and Hong Kong and staying reasonably sober and respectful. But every activity carries some risk so ask yourself if the benefits justify the risks. How much would you enjoy a) watching naked women on a shaving cream covered stage doing things with each other, with sex toys and with the customers that you'd never see in a US club? b) fondling and being fondled by 20-40 scantily clad Latina women, mostly in the 7-9 range; c) a legal 30 minute romp in an adjoining hotel for $60-80 for the chica and $12-15 for the hotel. In response to GMDs comment about the internet videos showing horny women doing BJs for male strippers in bars and at bachlorette parties, I too assumed that these videos were all staged and involved porn stars. Maybe that is true, especially when cameras are documenting the happenings. But I talked with a woman who attended a male revue within the past month in Michigan and she swears that women from the audience were paying the male strippers for an onstage lap dance that involved "lots of cock sucking." I'm not interested in male strippers but I do enjoy hanging around lots of horny, uninhibited women--- kind of like you might find at a male strip show.

Tipping at the stage is a good time for a brief inquiry, something like "I have to leave pretty soon. Are you available for a private dance before I leave?" This often works for me, but not always. I'm not convinced that the size of a stage tip (within reason) really makes a difference.
You should also know that some customers will pay the dancers to sit and keep them company. I asked one dancer at the Flight Club (Inkster, MI) for a private dance when she finished her stage routine and she told me that she'd have to get permission to leave the customer who was paying her (and two other peelers) for their company. By "company," I mean they were sitting at a booth in the club and drinking and laughing. She did get permission to provide a private dance for me and I asked her about the arrangement-- she was pocketing 100/hour just for sitting with the customer.
The other suggestion that has worked for me is to ask a waitress to let the dancer know that you are interested in a private dance.

Anal is so popular in porn that it seems to be increasingly available with strippers who provide ITC extras. Those peelers who offer ITC anal typically do a pre-sex enema so the stink and mess is non-existent or at least minimal. As a back up, consider carrying some Wet Wipes to aid in clean up. They are sold in travel packs (10-15 tissues) or as individually wrapped single tissues. If you're interested in experimenting, be sure to use a condom (to reduce STD risk), preferably a lubricated condom. Many of the strippers will provide a lubricant but just in case, you might carry some supplemental lubrication. KY and Astroglide (both non-oil based lubricants) are sold in small containers. The ethical issue hinges on the explicit (and implicit) details of the "paying for everything arrangement." Did he cover the trip expenses and also pay a daily fee that would be an amount appropriate for an escort's time? If he is paying a daily fee on top of the travel expenses, then I'd say he is probably expecting you to be available on call for only him. This would mean no fun or extra business on the side even when he was not there. To do so would be akin to double dipping (pardon the pun) and the arrangement would mean that he has reasonable expectations that you would be available for him and him alone. If put into a shorter time frame, if a guy pays an escort for an hour of her "time" (aka services) and he leaves her long enough to take a 15 minute phone call, is it OK for her to hustle some other guy during the phone call--- no, because her customer has paid for that time and has some legitimate expectations. On the other hand, if he is not paying a daily fee (only your trip and meal expenses), then he has no more rights to your time than the guy has rights to the escort's time (and services) after his paid hour.
So what were the terms of your agreement (you don't need to give dollar amounts although many of us would love to know the details)? Did he say, I'll cover all travel, hotel and meal expenses but no daily fee? Or did he say, in addition to covering all of your expenses, I'll pay your full day rate for escort services?
If the agreement was not very explicit, then his expectations might be very different from your expectations. In that case, you'd be wise to clarify the terms and expectations of your arrangement before doing something that might ruin a good business deal (including prospects for future business) or otherwise piss him off.

Regarding mug shots of people arrested on prostitution related charges--- here's an even more extreme and annoying example. In this case a web site allows anonymous posters to claim that someone is a prostitute and to post their photo and phone number. The web site makes money by charging the women to have their photo and contact information removed.

Is anyone else bothered by newspapers that publish photos of people who have been arrested but not convicted of any crime? Sometimes the charges are dropped but news releases and accompanying photos seldom gets splashed across the media for a "charges dropped" story. For some of these women (and the occasional male customer who gets arrested) having their photo plastered all over the media can have serious consequences for career and family interests (just ask DSK-- no convictions, at least not yet, but plenty of media coverage).
In my opinion, the investment of police resources to prevent consenting adults for engaging in "inappropriate touching" in the relative privacy of a strip club is wrong-headed on so many levels. Unfortunately, the media compounds the tragedy by posting mug shots prior to any trial or conviction (and sites such as TUSCL contribute to the problem by posting links to the arrest photos). I would support the adoption of a policy on TUSCL to reject any mug shot posts. It would be one small gesture to making the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" more than just a slogan and lessening the impact on the women (and occasional male customers) who are arrested while making a living as a stripper or escort.

Like the other replies, I would not pay for a private shower show unless touching and maybe "more" was included in the shower show, but the Detroit strip club scene may have skewed my expectations.
If a club could allow a nude or an interactive 2 girl shower show on stage (probably prohibited in most states), that would be worth some extra tipping and some follow up VIP dances.

Interesting thing about the pricing for a service (more so than the pricing of a product which has a production cost)---- the price is highly "elastic" and influenced by supply and demand. That said, web sites that occasionally describe the price point for services can help the buyer determine a fair price versus an exploitative price. I suspect that some customers who pay exorbitant prices would be embarrassed if they knew how much others with more effective bargaining skills (and some knowledge of going rates in their area) have paid for the very same service.
That said, my max in the U.S. is typically $200 for ITC. As others have pointed out, prices vary depending on the country (Tijuana is a bargain!) and the region of the U.S. (Detroit is pretty good).

A recent conversation with a stripper went something like this:
Stripper: Sure I do extras, starting at 300 for a BJ and 400 for FS.
Me: That more that I'm willing to pay when the going rate at the club across the street is 100 for BJ and 150 for FS.
Dancer: Sure you can get it cheaper at the other club but you'll get an STD from those whores over there.

So my analysis is that dancers will suggest that other dancers have STDs as a means of discouraging a customer from sampling a different dancer and for justifying a higher price for their own services.
That said, there could be a tiny bit of statistical advantage of paying a higher price but only if it meant that the dancer had sex with fewer customers and, as a result, had less risk of becoming infected with an STD. Of course, the best strategy is to use a condom (or to be monogamous with an uninfected partner or to be abstinent-- but let's rule those last two options out as being impractical for the readers of this forum).

Interesting answers. One way to think about your own personal source of embarrassment is to ask what are the conditions where embarrassment increases or decreases.
1. Are you less embarrassed when seen by people you do NOT know versus people that you do know?
2. Assuming that you are more embarrassed to be seen by people that you DO know, does it matter who sees you at a SC? Where is the bigger source of embarrassed: co-workers, friends, family members. Would you be less embarrassed to be seen by male friends who already know about and maybe share your interests in naked women? Why?
I suspect that one source of embarrassment is encountering people who know you in a role that may be incompatible with the values that you seem to be endorsing by going to a strip club. Of course another source of concern (maybe more anxiety than embarrassment) would be repercussions that your SC enthusiasm could have for your other role (word of your SC visiting habits get back to spouse, family members, employers, church group, etc.).
For me, I tend to limit the risk of encountering someone who knows me in a different role by visiting clubs that are some distance from my home.
Of course it also helps to have a reasonable explanation if you encounter someone that you know in a SC-- for me I have noted that "I have a weakness for food, liquid, warmth and naked women. It is not really my personal fault or weakness. It is a human "design" flaw so blame it on God or evolution."

Detroit has several clubs within a 5 mile radius of the airport (e.g., Landing Strip, Playhouse, Flight Club, Bogarts). If not mistaken, Landing Strip offers a shuttle service to the airport.
Regarding the comment about people being too embarrassed to patronize an airport-based strip club, maybe. But if you're killing time in a lay over airport rather than the airport in your home town, then you aren't very likely to run into people that you know so the embarrassment factor might be pretty low.
If not strip clubs, what other types of unique businesses would do well in an airport? For me, a gym or a short term sleeping/napping facility would make the layovers a bit more tolerable.

I'll take dancers over escorts, especially in clubs with ITC options. The advantages:
1. No bait and switch as occurs with misleading escort photos
2. No screening process-- or at least a different type of screening process that does not compromise anonymity
3. No phone calls to arrange and confirm a meeting. This means no risk of my phone number showing up on an escorts phone if she gets busted
4. No visits to a location where there is risk of hassles with a pimp or even an undercover bust
If I didn't live within driving distance of the Detroit SC scene (lots of clubs with ITC activities), my opinion might be different

Ah Bogarts and people watching! The "VIP" area now consists of curtained booths containing padded metal chairs where LDs are a bit more discrete but there was a time when the "VIP" was an open room with 8 - 10 padded chairs positioned around the perimeter of the room. Bogarts has long been famous for extras so it was not unusual to see a topless dancer with her G string pulled to the side straddling an unzipped customer cowgirl style in the open room. For me the most troubling part of the Petraeus affair is the intrusion by a government agency into the private life of a citizen, recalling that the FBI investigation started over harassing (presumably not threatening) emails emanating from an anonymous email account.
The second most troubling aspect of this discussion thread are three implicit assumptions: 1) that monogamy is an essential ingredient of every marriage, presumably more important than love, respect and support 2) that adultery is OK as long as it is disclosed to your partner and 3) that anyone who is discovered to have had an extramarital affair should be automatically judged to be incapable of performing his/her job (in spite of the fact that they performed the job effectively while having the affair--but the public disclosure of the affair then disqualifies them from continuing in their job).
I don't "buy" any of these three assumptions and I'm troubled by the government intrusion into a person's private life, even if that person was a high ranking official who appeared to be performing his job with skill and dedication.
Readers of this forum are welcome to express differing opinions-- that's the function of a discussion forum.

There are much better locales than Vegas for high mileage lap dances and extras at a reasonable price. You might consider a trip to Detroit or Miami or San Diego (stay in San Diego and commute to the clubs in Tijuana). I assume that you're going to Vegas for other reasons-- business, the casinos, the shows, etc. If so, arrange for a layover in Detroit and check out the clubs within 10 miles of the airport.

I've been offered three-some VIPs several times and one four-some. A few have offered ITC Greek but the majority decline Greek even when asked.
One offered to swipe my credit card between her ass cheeks-- I suppose she had a magnetic card reader surgically installed.
