Ever attend a male strip show?

Male stripper revues that are marketed to straight women seem to be growing in popularity. They attract throngs of females customers who are all too happy to pay money for lap dances and sometimes for the opportunity for a little public sucking (or more) with one of the male dancers (for examples, see some of the Dancing Bear videos on the internet). Some of the male revues will not allow men to attend or require that men be accompanied by a female patron (maybe in an effort to reduce the number of gay men who are competing with the women for the dancer's attention?). Anyone have any experience attending a male review, not because you're interested in the male dancers (although that would be OK, I'm straight but not judgmental), but because of all the worked up, horny women in one location?? It might be a gold mine for picking up one or more wet and willing civies.

There is nothing uglier than the male body. I am a woman ( straight, however, possibly bi-curious)and I would rather look at a females body to get turned on. These clubs must be a fad with women !

Living room in Dayton has male dancers on Saturday night. They are at the back stage and the female dancers are at the front stage.

Yes, and let's never go there again on a Saturday night.

I would never go. I doubt that it would be a good hunting ground for horny women. I have been to the Main Stage in Atlanta and thought that this review was amusing: CaptObtuse Joined: May 2012 Clubs Reviewed: 4 Total Reviews: 4 Coronet Club 5275-B Roswell Rd Atlanta, Georgia 30342Reviewed on: December 18, 2012 Visited on: Friday Evening Dancers on Shift: 1-5 Dancers ValueAtmosphere Overall I don't know if this really qualifies as a review, but it's a good story. This club features male dancers, and shares an entrance with The Main Stage which features girls. I'd visited The Main Stage the week before and had a good time. They're both very nice, smaller, more intimate clubs. On my return I got a text as I was entering the club, so I stopped in the foyer to answer it, then went on into the club. It was still kind of early in the evening, so it was pretty quiet. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer. The bartender was a guy, whereas there was a cute young lady working the bar on my previous visit. I just assumed he was covering until things picked up later in the evening. As I drank my beer I looked around and was struck by some differences in the way the club looked compared to the other time I was there. The first time there was a TV over one end of the bar. This time it was gone. It seemed odd that it had been replaced with some bottles and foliage, but I figured they didn't want the distraction on a busier evening. I thought perhaps it retracted into the ceiling or something cool like that. But then I noticed more details. The restroom was in the wrong place. The pool table was gone. Finally the light went on over my head, and I called the bartender over. He smiled and said, "You're in the wrong side, aren't you?" I said, "Is it that obvious?" "It happens." I got turned around when I stopped to answer my text. I asked if I could take my beer over to the other side, and he told me it was no problem. I got up and walked out and entered The Main Stage. Awkward, but not too embarrassing. Except for one thing. When I ordered my beer, because the bartender was a guy instead of the ex-dancer time you normally see behind the bar, I joked with him a bit saying, "You'd get a better tip if you showed a little more leg." Ouch. The club seems really nice. Things start popping over there a little later in the evening as it turns out. I believe it caters to women and couples rather than gay men, but I'm not sure. The dancers were sort of milling around outside, and seemed like nice guys. I admit to being a bit curious, but couldn't bring myself to venture back over to the other side. Both clubs are very clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff. I wasn't thrilled at the mandatory valet parking, but given the size of the lot and limited adjacent alternatives, they've kind of got you over a barrel. I'd say women who are looking for a girls' night out should feel quite comfortable and have a good time.

@Electronman: "They attract throngs of females customers who are all too happy to pay money for lap dances and sometimes for the opportunity for a little public sucking (or more) with one of the male dancers (for examples, see some of the Dancing Bear videos on the internet)." You understand that most of those videos that allege to show everyday women going crazy fucking and sucking male strippers at clubs and bachelorette parties are staged, right? There might be a few actual home videos around, but the vast majority of those that have hardcore sex feature porn actors and other paid professionals. As for whether I've gone, there used to be a dance club locally called the Toy Tiger that featured male strippers sometimes. I took my wife, but I stayed I the other room. She claimed it was kinda lame, since no dicks came out.

At one time my favorite strip club in Denver (PT's World Famous) had male strippers on Saturday evenings, and also had an open floor for couples to dance. I think that feature vanished with the corporate homogenization of the Evil Empire. At an earlier time I walked into a strip bar in downtown Montreal and misread the sign "Danseurs Nus" as "Danseuses Nues" and got quite a surprise. I finished my beer and no one harassed me. Interesting experience -- watch the endings in Romance languages.

In response to GMDs comment about the internet videos showing horny women doing BJs for male strippers in bars and at bachlorette parties, I too assumed that these videos were all staged and involved porn stars. Maybe that is true, especially when cameras are documenting the happenings. But I talked with a woman who attended a male revue within the past month in Michigan and she swears that women from the audience were paying the male strippers for an onstage lap dance that involved "lots of cock sucking." I'm not interested in male strippers but I do enjoy hanging around lots of horny, uninhibited women--- kind of like you might find at a male strip show.

RickyBoy: "Hell no." The RickyBoy may not be up to watching male strippers but I guess that's just because he prefers to grease bouncers (preferably in outhouses, too).

“… There is nothing uglier than the male body. I am a woman …” This previous comment reminded me of a Seinfeld episode where Elaine says something along the lines: “… naked – that is not a good look for a man …” Then she says a man’s body “… is like a jeep – for getting around …” [view link]

Male strip reviews have been around since the 80s as far as I can remember. It doesn’t seem to me that they are that much more popular now a days. I really don’t know of any in my area (doesn’t mean there aren’t any) and my neck of the woods (Miami, FL) has a lot going on in terms of entertainment. There is one local SC that is supposed to have a male review either on a certain night of the week or on certain nights of the month – but I’ve never seen hoards of hoes at this particular SC going in to see the male review. Women much more prefer shopping as entertainment (especially shopping w/ some guy’s money :)) that male reviews IMO.

Back in the day.... when large dance clubs were the norm in the 80's, used to go to a place (not a strip bar) that had male dancers on Tuesday nights; lady patrons only. They had a separate entrance "back bar" where guys could hang out till after the show with happy hour prices on beer. At 9pm the show was over and we used to joke it was time to "release the hounds!" as the guys streamed from the back bar into the main dance club into a room full of about 500 horny women. Never got so much tail in my life; it was like shooting dead rats in a barrel. Walked out of there some nights with 5 or 6 phone numbers and was late many a Wednesday morning to work.

I've often said I wouldn't mind being valet parking or security for a club of this venue, just to be able to have the pick of the litter of horny liquored-up MILFs leaving at 2 am.... Just a little thinking outside the box here LOL

stumblingdice - That has never been proven. The last time I tried to dance for a female, a stripper, she said that I had the right equipment but not the rhythm. :)
