He's a lawyer, but he needs a lawyer to plead his case. If his lawyer can sell intoxication to a jury, then he should be okay.
My degree is in Constitutional Law-I'm not a lawyer, but if I was pleading his case, I'd have the club's lawyer try to explain the math.
Let's see, lapdances are 20.00 each, how much does 20 go into 18,000 ?
The club's lawyer will try to counter with how much the mark up on booze is (that will raise the jury's eyebrows).
Then, I counter with-how many bottles did you sell him ?(raises eyebrows again)
Then, he counters that the VIP room costs how much ?
Final argument-club overcharges on credit cards, hopes guy is too shamed to legally protest.
Jury will most likely find he's only liable for 1/4 to 1/3 of it. The club will eat 12-14k. Lesson learned-cut guys off when they're drunk, don't just run up their credit cards.

I saw a group once-like how kappa described. One of the amateurs was hot and I walked by her on purpose to get a closer look. She got nasty and rude towards me. I found this off putting. As club staff was doing nothing about it, I left.

For five years, I was able to get laid at one club,then, there was a total attitude change at the club. I've found another club where I can get laid, but counting cover, wristband, drink, lapper + price of pussy = over 300. I used to get laid for less.
I'm going to be "auditioning" other clubs.

Back in the mid 90's, there was a church trying to shame a club into closing. They were taking license plate numbers, and were going to notify relatives of the club goers. I wasn't a fan of the club, but I went anyway. I walked up to the guy at the parking lot entrance and gave him my name and address, advising him that I'd be ticked off if my name was misspelled.
The church ran out of steam after a couple of months.

At my last job there were people who quit right in that Dec. 22-Jan. 2nd frame with the intent of taking their check and getting an instant refund with the credits involved and being out of work until at least April. When I questioned a smart friend about it, he answered "That's three months you don't have to work."
To some people, it is vitally important to work the least amount available.

Olga, who works the door at Houston Dolls is 33 and about 70 pounds overweight. She has three kids and an unemployed husband. Things strippers don't know:

5) Yes, you are in a "party" profession, but if alcohol impairs you that much, you lose a money making mind. Do you ever see drunk CEO's, CFO's, and executives in a boardroom ? No ? There's a reason for that.
6) Yeah, a strip club is a wrong place to make a romantic connection, but if you play your cards right, you could end up leaving your loser BF and be the richer for it, literally.
7) If you find a golden goose, don't fuck it up by getting greedy.

In VIP Room, most strippers aren't worth the time/money, unless OTC will follow.
With that said, my worst stripper in a real bed has been better than my worst non stripper bed experience. Overall, in a real bed, the strippers are better.
