So, what are your ideas on making a strip club awesome, profitable, long lasting business?
I guess that's a question for everyone. If you were magically the owner of a club (all the issues resolved with zoning and laws) how would your club be different?

I'm worried that all the buzz around Follies is going to have the same results as Shadowcat details for PP above. You already see it in reviews. Management gets pressure to "clean up" the reputation, clubs get over crowded, too many people start to talk. I'm glad they are doing well, but do they really need 20 reviews in 30 days? I've seen great clubs ruined when "word got out".
Am I wrong here? Thoughts?

Both Lido and Ybor Strip are good clubs, and probably good choices.
the only real difference, in my mind is the Drive and the fact that Lido serves alcohol and Ybor does not.
Ybor is a little harder to find because exits off I-4.
However, You wont't go worng with either one.

The Tanga closed a few years ago to make room for road expansion. too bad, that placed ROCKED. Not flashy, but a good vibe.
As to the rest of this conversation, do your research on the boards and you'll find a club that suits your needs.

Go if you are a big fan of the girl.
Otherwise, it's usually overrated.
The smart girls do "meet and greeets" with the customers and sell Polaroids, video's or whatever they put their name on and can make some extra cash. I've had private dances with some features, while others absolutly will not. Often, the girls with no merchandise to sell will be more likley to do dances...
So.. only go if you are or fan or are just curious about the experience!

That's interesting... how are the rulles at MGM/Mirage different?
As to clubs, Rhino is amazing. But be ready to drop some big coin.
Back in the day, my favorite club was Cheetahs. The reviews look hit and miss now.

Because, njscfan, the conversation started about getting lap dances with a condom. Not bj, hj or fs. Not everyone is lucky enough to have the entire menu available in the VIP. It does happen but, at least in my experience, it's the exception rather that the rule. Besides in the meca, Mons Venus... There is no VIP everything is out in the open and shoulder to shoulder.
As for me, i just try and have fun. If i have an orgasm, GREAT! As stated above, i have lots of Tide. I can't see how wearing a condom during a lap dance would be comfortable at all.
