A bad dancer is a bad dancer no matter how busy the club is. A good one might dance better if it's slow and she thinks you'll get more dances from her if she does.

It all depends on what your woman thinks. If she's ok with you going to strip clubs, it isn't cheating if you do. If she's ok with you getting lap dances, it isn't cheating if you do. If she's ok with you having sex with another woman, then it isn't cheating and you're one lucky son of a bitch. ;)

You could argue that strip clubs are a form of prostitution. Heck, the next thread after this is "Best HJ's ever." Semantics aside, there is a link between the two -- not so much here in the US but moreso abroad where clubs are places to find prostitutes.

You're entitled to your opinion (however little I think of it). However, what's the point in posting review after review about this place? Nobody cares about your favorite club except you. Oh and the club average score only counts one of your reviews, not all 100+ of them. Get a life, man.

That "alpha male" stuff is BS.
Strippers don't trust customers who treat them well, because invariably that's a prelude for being asked for favors or relationships. They think the customer's treating them well because they want something from them, not because they actually like them.
When men don't treat women well, that's not the case, of course, and depending on their self-esteem, they either dump the guy (if they have self-esteem), or they think they deserve the poor treatment they're getting because of something they did or because of who they are (if they lack self-esteem).
Assholes get laid, because there are a lot of women with low self-esteem. About as many women have this problem as men. Think about it.

If someone I knew gave me money every time I saw them, I would call them my friend too. And if it was a lot of money, I might even tell them I love them.
If that's what you think of the stripper-customer relationship and if you don't like it, then stop going to the clubs. Don't keep looking for love in all the wrong places, as the old song goes.

It sounds like you guys had better luck with escorts and massage parlors than I did, although I think it may be that your escort/MP scene is better than where I am at (Tampa, FL).

chandler, I think her plan was to get you into the VIP by first moving you to a non-dance area (where dancers don't normally dance for customers) and then selling VIP there. When you said you wanted to stay away out there, her expression change was "he doesn't want VIP," followed by "time to put on a show for the other guys who might want VIP."
I'm not sure why davids thinks you got played. Maybe he actually believes that, had he been in your shoes, he would have been dating this girl. Because we all know that, in his eyes, we're all just losers who want to see strippers OTC like he does, and he's the guy who wants to date those girls. Err, wait, what's the difference? Oh yes, he has a "plan" based on some delusional, convoluted rationalizations where because he doesn't spend money on strippers means that he's better than the guys who do.
I wonder if davids can resist playing his tired old "You posted How to let go?" card. Oops, wait, I just played it for him. Now what's he going to do? ;)

Shekitout - Possible. The one I'm talking about was behind a Comfort Inn just off the interstate (I-26?) and near the airport. It had a back room for VIP dances, a bathroom with a piss trough (never seen that in a strip club anywhere else), and the interior of the place looked like a bar or restaurant in a former incarnation.

I agree that most customers don't read TUSCL either. TUSCL is for hobbyists, not your average stripclub customer, similar to how your average beer drinker doesn't visit Web sites about beer.

Dancers I avoid are the ones I don't want dances from. The only other kind of dancer I avoid are the ones who hang out with you forever without asking you for a dance. I don't mind if they're trying to make conversation but if they're just sitting with you, they're making it hard for other dancers to drop by and ask for dances.

An easier way to map multiple clubs would be handy using Google Maps or MSN Virtual Earth. That way, if you were in town, you could get a general idea of how far your home or hotel is from clubs in the area.

My default countenance isn't a smile, but I dislike it when the girls come up and tell me to smile. If prompted, I flash the fakest smile I can muster. I usually smile naturally and even laugh a bit while getting dances though if the company is fun and pleasant.

I tried the escort and massage parlor scene several years ago but didn't like it. The girls at the strip clubs are so much better looking and sexier that it was difficult to get in the mood for the other girls.

A dancer asked to move in with me; I said no. Then next week when I asked her why she came back from NYC after working the $1500 VIP rooms at Scores, she told me that she had a million dollar home and two golf courses here in Florida. I thought about asking if I could move in with her, heh.
