I never pay for conversation. I get that for free. I MIGHT buy a dancer a drink, but that is a rare occurance and has not happened often.

One of my former favs danced to "Riders on the Storm". It was one of the best stage shows ever.

"A normal woman in her mid 20s should be done with school and starting a normal (social productive) career."
davids - who the hell are you to say when people should be done with school and having a career?
I can think of all several situations that are NORMAL where being in school is normal.

I have good relationships with stripper who I don't spend money on AND ones that I do. It's because I treat them with respect. I think they treat me with the same respect by asking if I am having a good time (even ones that I don't normally spend money on) and talking with me for a bit - particularly when it is a slow night.
I don't care what they REALLY think. If they show me respect, that is enough.

davids - I think the "career" strippers have read you and know they won't get any money from you because you don't buy LDs. So they don't waste their time.
Most aren't worth it to me. They will talk to me, but I usually refuse them and play with those who are newer.

"I believe that a very large number of regular customers semi-consciously spend money on strippers in a bid to to make the strippers like them."
I disagree with this premise. It's like going to a favorite restaurant or business you deal with. If a stripper makes you feel good, you will spend time and money with her. If she becomes friends, great - but I don't think most regulars really care if most girls would consider them friends outside the club.

I think the guys here on this board are not the majority though. Back when I was a serious regular, I didn't ask any of the girls I got dances from out. One gave me her phone number and I called it a couple times, but we didn't see each other OTC and it didn't bother me. Remember that a lot of the guys here are basically going for a certain girl and if she isn't working, they aren't going. Where I am from, that is not normally the case.

I think I speak for everyone when I say: I'll spend my money any damn way I please.

If you're looking for deep conversations, you usually don't find it in strip clubs. As I said before, do what you want to do.

Didn't say you don't have the right to post this. You say there are better ways to spend money. I say, I'll be the judge of that.

chitown - didn't say I didn't think it was a line. I got plenty of other dances later than night. :)

I think my most was about $500. That was for a special trip to Canada. I have taken that trip a couple times with about that much. I will usually limit myself to at most $200 at a local club and rarely that much.

I mostly say "No thanks". If the girl has potential, then I will do the "Maybe later" routine if I'm not ready yet. If she doesn't come back, then it's too bad for her. I rarely chase after a dancer at a club unless she is a must have and there are very, very rare.

I like pole tricks. I think they are pretty cool. But it doesn't factor in who I would get a dance from.

Not really a junky, but it really hasn't affected my relations with non-stripper women. All the girls that I ever had multiple dates with are in differant states - and that was before I was going to strip clubs.

Red flags should have been raised when she didn't want to take your money initially. Anytime a stripper gives you something for free, there probably is a string attached.

I think davids is PARTIALLY correct about some posters here. Not all posters, but some. There are a number posters here who pine to much for the favs or ATFs or former favs. They seemingly prove all davids other points.
On the other hand, I don't think that most strip club goers are like most of the posters here and are just there to have fun. But what do I know.

Short girls, well proportioned. And I love a girl in uniform (but I love her out even more)

There is a scene in Dragnet (mid 80s) where the young cop takes Friday to a place that serves great coffee. It turns out to be a strip club and Friday says, "You're right, they do serve good coffee here".

davids - you may not care what we think you. And I think it's safe to say that nobody cares what you think of them.

I agree. I would to be Ben Agusto just for the day to be her partner.
