The few times that dancers have mentioned that their boyfriend or husband was I the club, I have walked away. Don't like it one bit. And to think that maybe he's watching and getting off on me getting dances with his old lady makes it creepy as hell.

I once mistakenly got a dance from a dancer/dominatrix.
Seemed like a good idea at the time, but she was brutal. Nipple biting (mine) to the point of agony. Not fun and after 2 dances I got the hell outta there.

I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner. There are so many dancers here in L.A. that work Vegas on weekends. It wasn't too hard to get a couple to agree to come out w/ me for a fun weekend. It was cheaper than clubbing would have been, despite covering their expenses and such.
But of course they both had to agree to stay in my hotel room (heh heh heh).

I've been privy to alot of the stuff dancers tell each other about PL's, and most of it sure isn't pretty. They can be pretty brutal.
And yes - once word gets out amonst the dancers that you're a waste of time or more trouble than you're worth.....you're gonna be very lonely indeed.

The best times/mileage I had in Vegas during a Saturday afternoon was @ the DejaVu when it was nude. Unfortunately they went topless a couple years ago and I haven't been back since.
By coincidence I just came back from a Vegas weekend, but instead of chancing any unsuccessful random SC hunting....I just brought my own strippers.
I live "brown bagging" it! ;)

I'm lucky enough to have a ton of decent clubs close to where I live, so I'd just hit up another club or two until the dancers got their demands met .Or they all got fired. Whichever came first.

Here in L.A. my experience has been very high mileage at nude clubs (my personal preference), and mild to moderate dances at topless joints. The biggest factor is privacy - all of the nude clubs offer private single and VIP areas, whereas many of the topless places have their dances performed out in the open in front of everybody. You can only do so much groping when you're sitting knee-to-knee with the PL next to you in the middle of a 20 foot long lapdance couch.

For all of the talk I hear about dancers not wanting to dance for women, I've never been refused a dance.
But like others here, I've also been the victim of the "oh I'll be there in a minute" routine. I think that if you spend any kind of time in stripclubs you're bound to have that happen. Many times, in fact.

I prefer to have them approach me, but I also have no problem in chasing them around the club if I have to. Some dancers are so popular that if you want any time with them at all, you gotta be the hunter. But given the choice I'd rather them come to me.
