You can usually get into clubs for free if you happen to be dating or spending time OTC with a dancer...."i'm here to pick up ____" has worked for me on several occasions.
I wouldn't suggest making up a line of BS though...probabaly get your ass bounced.

Some people (men & women) are money whores and have a price tag for almost anything. Some of them work as strippers. Some do not.
But to settle the argument...WHO CARES....to each his/her own. If a girl wants to give FS to a one-eyed midget with no limbs for $1,000,000 that's her problem.

Guy1, i apologize for this late reply....but I think this is important.
Bottom line - NEVER leave your family for a stripper and her kids. Don't get me wrong, strippers are a great fantasy, in the club, in the VIP, and if you're lucky, on a date or hotel room bed. However, their true life outside work is almost always filled with serious problems. They're usually littered with bad credit, drug or alcohol problems, kid issues, a pyscho ex-boyfriend, etc. Worst of all....they're very VERY good at lying and can't help themselves from manipulating...that's what they do. You won't find that out until its too late.
Don't ruin your life man.....a stripper is always a stripper, your wife is always your wife, and YOUR family is always your family. NEVER leave your family for a stripper....you will lose buddy and you'll destroy the lives of your wife and kids.

Stripshopper - I like your alpha male examples. You're right dude, AMs get laid the most. They also get stipper phone numbers like free candy....without asking for it.
In my opinion though, I'd add that you really have to already be an AM for it to work...you can't really fake that shit. I've seen several dudes try to fake it and end up coming off rediculous because they're acting. And ALL girls see through that act pretty quickly, not just strippers.
It's not what you say, it's not about buying her drinks or not (though your example illustrates a good point), it's only about if you truly are a confident dude who feels THEY are equally lucky to be hanging with YOU. The details are insignificant...its what you portray overall, and treating them well can/should be included.
(There's a difference between treating them well and kissing their undeserving stranger ass).
Like FONDL suggested, I think being yourself is key. If you happen to be an AM already, game on. But if not, you're best off being yourself and maximizing your positive attributes rather than pretending and failing miserably.

I usually wait to be approached by a stripper that's gives me the vibe that she wants to go home with me. When that happens, the mileage usually has no limits in VIP (given that there's privacy).
If I don't get that vibe from any dancer within a couple beers I usually split....cause like a true AM, they should wanna be with me and it ain't worth my wait :)

In the last few years I've dated four stippers, three short term and one for about a year. Each of them I met as a customer in the club. And eventually, I called it quits every time.
Generally speaking, the sex was hot but the dating was trouble. Financial issues, drugs/alcohol, kids, crazy friends/ex-boyfriends...etc.....what you might expect. Sucks cause they were all real nice girls, but unfortunately, just a mess in their personal life.
It's hard not to try it though. Hands down, as a dude there's flattery that comes with it. It's kinda cool to know that the hot stripper who's got 50 PLs throwing her cash has got her eyes/mind set on you.....because she wants to, and you're not paying her a dime.
It's even better when you walk her out of the club...or she leaves early to head to the hotel with you after really hitting it off.
In the end though....it never seems to be worth it. I'm better off having a blast in the club, or if i'm lucky, maybe a kick ass one night stand, chalking it up to a great night.
Of course, I only speak from my own experiences. Many other dudes may live by it....

Heatherlake: If someone attacks you personally that's just BS. Any two people that go to the same club on the same night will guarenteed have a different review, if not totally opposing experience, depending on many factors.
Everyone's reviews can be helpful and should be considered equally, though with a "grain of salt". So F what others think...and write whatever you please. The more reviews posted, the better off everyone is...

Yep...i join you fellows. Been hitting the ATL scene for about 5 years now. It's had it's ups and downs. There's plenty of hot girls to go around, but unfortunately most clubs are frustrating or management becomes frustrating. Lately, I can't stand the pay for parking trend that's taking over...
FYI, I've been having great luck at Oasis during the week. Free admission with internet coupon, free parking & reasonable drinks. Maybe i've just met the right dancer though....last few times in VIP I've had hot FS without paying for it :).
There's decent privacy in those rooms & with the right girl you may do well....

Davids - why do you categorize strippers vs. "normal women" so harshly...as if it's so black and white? It's not dude.
Contrary to what you assume....there's plenty of "normal hot women" who are sucking dick to get a promotion, material items, whatever. And many of them don't need to...they choose to because it's easy.
I think you'll find that some hot women, strippers or not, use their looks to gain something....usually something of $$ value. It has absolutely nothing to do with their career or choice.
Some women (including strippers) fit your profile. But not all of them. Lighten up man....

CTL: If you're looking for hardcore contact dances, ATL just ain't the city.
However, I recommend Oasis for a fun environment, eye candy, & hot VIPs (if you're into that). Also, it's free parking & cover with their website coupon, so no real $$ lost. FYI, I posted a review just last week....
Also, Tiffany's and Follies offer decent grindage laps at times for ATL. Nothing to much brag about though...

CTL - Definitely a good call to skip the scene & enjoy your reliable club. StripShopper hit it right on the head man... it's either eye candy torture or pricey VIPs in ATL. There's nothing inbetween worth your time or $$ and it sucks.
I'm an occasional VIP guy, and sometimes, I actually enjoy the YMMV challenge of negotiating a dancer's price as far as I can. As mentioned earlier, I've been real lucky in the past at Oasis & some other area clubs.
However, I've also been ripped off (in VIP) like every other ATL sucker from time to time after too many beers and a lack of common sense.
So unless you're willing to gamble those hard earned attorney's fees with your mileage strength...continue to skip ATL altogether :)
