I vote "Bare Legs". There are few things in life more pleasureable than the smooth, silky feel of nice legs on a woman.
Although I don't consider myself to be a stocking fetishist, I recognize that the right combination can be visually/erotically stimulating. One right combination would be: Fair skinned redhead or dark brunette wearing black stockings with black garter, and no panties. Garter must not have more than 2 straps, with maximum angular contrast between fastened ends, and unfastened surface. Dress, or negligee should be short and black. For darker skinned dancers, having a sizeable non- suntanned/lamped area is desireable. The tri-color/shaded contrast between natural skin, a white, or light primary/secondary color stocking/ garter combo, and the glimpse of the untanned upper thigh/buttocks is one visual delight.

JE- Just want to put things in perspective for you. Just to provide an insight to "the economy": LD's were $10 there on my 1st visit there in 1992. The CPI increase from May 1992 - May 2009 was 53.08%. Thus, if BF's LD prices were linked to inflation, current LD's should go for ~ $15.30. Is your curiosity about effects of the economy sufficiently sated?
C69- Was that your Rolex watch that said 6:59? Or do you have 1 of those atomic watches from Walmart that automatically resets time?

I'd just like to see well maintained club websites with pictures of all available dancers. In the case of camera shy dancers, an accurate/up to date listing of dancers on calendar day/shift.

syg- Yes, I recall Carl Eller as 1 of the "Purple People Eaters". In PF-HOF, as is another fellow defensive lineman, Alan Page. Their post football career took different twists- CE had a scuffle with the law fairly recently, AP became a judge! I wonder if he's been in a stripclub.

WHY?? Oh, I would say for the same reason that PT's Indy & 4 Play L.A. increased their LD prices from $20 to $25 in the last year. Or the same reason that Bare Ellegance LAX increased their dance prices by $1 in 2007 ( day topless from $30 to $31, night from $40 to $41), and VIP sets by $3 (from $80 to $83 days, $100 to $103 nights). Oh, and they clip the songs south of 3 minutes, so 27 minutes of VIP's there would run you at least $309 at nights. At least they didn't tag on that silly $1/dance fee to their $500/half hr. "Skyboxes". Take heart, John- many LAX area hotels DO offer free high speed internet, so you can jack off to porn on your next L.A. trip.

As a "minnow", I'm interested in these "studies". I can say that the "lurking" range is less than 100 yards in our environment, but still out of our line of sight. Unlike the "water sharks", the club sharks lure intended prey into very close range before making the kill(ing).

j/j: I don't understand your bugaboo. Any adult site, A (I said "A") birthdate, and valid email address seems to be standard fare. Pink Site seems to be "run" by 2 males, which one would be a fed ? For that matter, how do you know whether or not founder here is a fed?? So what? The capability may very well be there to monitor sites, but human mind can only prioritize & process so much. There are a lot more important things out there to monitor than the sexual foibles of every single citizen, very few of who hold, or would hold an elected office.

chandler- For about the last 8 yrs., Mons Venus has posted price of "$20-$30, negotiable". Dancers sticking to $30 price is rare lately, and then only if getting single dance- almost all do effective price of $20 or $25/per for multiple dances.
Otherwise, sticking with "standard price"(except 2-fers) is pretty much the norm for my experiences. The place where I've encountered the "barter factor", or more accurately, "the upsell" concerns what you'll get for your $$. (eg- dances are $20, but you can touch for XXX$ more). THAT practice seems to be the norm in several San Francisco clubs, and an isolated L.A. area club or 2.

lane- What city(ies) have you danced in that you've never heard of 2fers? So called 2fers seem to be mainly the province of corporate chain clubs (DV, SR, but NOT most VCG clubs, or MC). Often,2fers are 2 clipped songs, so I don't get too excited over them. However, if they spur patrons to get some dances, that can be a positive. I've taken test drives during 2fer, and "extended" if dancer was truly good.
As for original ?, haven't noticed any dramatic change, but perhaps subtle, like a bit nastier dances, or dancers being better sports about doing regular vs VIP tiered dances.

lg- How about Mons Venus, the very 1st club that you reviewed? I've seen as many as 8 dancers at once on stage, though not specifically to interact with each other, or do "gog" shows. Interaction with customers happens. Is your interest in seeing multiple dancers on 1 stage, or seeing dance team do "gog" show? I can probably name a dozen or so clubs that have multiple dancers on stage, but often in specific sections, and occasional playful contact with other dancers takes place. I don't claim know the legalities, but dancer interaction with female customers stageside is more liberal than with male customers. It has been a while, but several clubs had "lesbian shows" as gimmicks- I say gimmicks, because it consested of DJ screaming into the mike to throw your f%^&ing dollars on stage. Would that be your cup of tea, lg??

As a rule, I like to settle in for a few minutes, get the lay of the land prior to getting dances. I do break that rule occasionally- if 1st dancer impresses me more than 90% of dancers out there, who am I to waste any more time? Ditto if a familiar club with a top known dancer.

deogol- My initial thoughts are the same as yours- not on my wish list of scenes to see. Fact remains that many people have seen it- while not likeable, it is unforgetable. As twisted as logic may be, unforgetable could arguably be an adjective that qualifies a scene as great.[ An argument that I don't claim to be a vigorous advocate for].
CCR- Agreed on Body Heat. One unanswered question I've had concerns the scene where WH is doing KT doggie style & KT gasps "D-o-o-n-n't S-s-top!" Was scene portraying "Greek" (anal) option or not??

Danton- Imo, Tampa is absolute tops in this area. Best stageside mileage coupled with multiple dancers on stage. San Francisco would be my 2nd choice, specifically Crazy Horse Theater. Honorable mention would go to "Abco" in Phoenix for the tipping stage dives. ESL clubs were good, haven't been there in many years. Most other cities with nude clubs don't have the stageside interaction level of these cities and often only 1 dancer on stage at a time.

I've seen several, but the highest profile ones I recall (wondergirl, Anna) have been unsigned in for 2 months or more. I guess they just got bored & moved on to another "phase".

I watch my back everytime I hear "Dueling Banjos". If I hear that in a bank, or car dealer, I walk out. I have yet to hear that in a stripclub, but neither have I heard songs like "Ravels Bolero", or "Last Tango In Paris" in a stripclub.

I'll let syg be my scorekeeper, thanks for some initial research by samsung. I haven't been to any Orlando clubs in over 10 yrs. I have been to several L.A. area clubs, all reports indicate there's NFW I'd get in Orlando what I got in tamest L.A. club. So, city-wise, L.A. wins hands down. While L.A. has 25 clubs, there's a crapload of clubs within 1 hr drive(non-rush hr) of Staples Center, or LAX, and another crapload within 2 hrs. L.A. metro area gets only 3 clubs in T100, with best being #36. Orlando, otoh, gets some awesome long distance help from Tampa with 3 T100 clubs (best being #2 rated Monz), and 1 from Cocoa Beach(Inner Room) in T100. Arguably, fans from both areas could be Miami Heat fans, so I'm not giving full weighting to this factor.
LAKERS vs MAGIC: The awesome long distance (even if somewhat dilluted by Heat fan population) help from Tampa portends Magic edge in 3 pointers. But in the end, that won't be enough to overcome basic L.A. edge in the home city clubs, coupled with sheer number of bordering clubs, especially COI clubs. I'm sure we all can name some clubs not in T100 that we had a good time at, I can name several in LA area in past few yrs.// LOS ANGELES LAKERS IN 6.

The "deal" is: Don't sit at the tip rail, unless you're tipping. That generally means $1/song. PR seats have their pros/cons. While you may be laying out some ones, dancers don't generally approach you for dances or drinks. Plus you're in the best spot to get the attention of a truly hot dancer, not to mention the "stevies".
