I actually do both Pimsleur and duolingo. The former helps with conversational skill and the latter with grammar and vocab. I do feel my Spanish has improved dramatically this last month. After completing both I plan on watching a lot of Spanish TV and movies and start reading books. Luckily I also have Hispanic friends I can practice my Spanish with.

Depends on the type of headache. If it’s migrainous then an NSAID is usually better like ibuprofen or naproxen. But I agree with using it sparingly, no more than 4 doses per week. If you have a chronic headache syndrome taking too much of either will cause medication overuse headache. Then you would need a daily preventive medication prescribed by a doctor.

What are you using as a studying resource? I have been using duolingo which is a good start but it mainly focuses on writing and reading and not so much on conversation or listening. I heard Pimsleur is great but really expensive but can help with listening and speaking. Also Memrise and rocket languages are related highly. Just like you, tambien, quiero hablar espanol muy bien.

I've never heard of this complaint. But I did have a patient who gave himself a foot drop after masterbating too long in one position.
