Get a hotel room, like farmerart said, if your going to pay for the pussy, then pay for the hotel too. Except for two times, hotels are the only place I have ever done OTC and I think it works best for both parties involved. I get what the OP is saying.... within reason slightly messed up teeth can be attractive to me. Everyone has made good points here.
I think some (or many) of us here are incapable of really enjoying sex without some sort of connection with that person.
