Gamm95: I agree with you; we all have freedom compared to lots of other countries. It's just that black people don't have quite as much freedom as white people in America. If you have no problem with that, than my point stands. If you DO have a problem with that, than my point stands.

I don't think Americans cherish freedom at all. We say we do, but we sure don't act like it. We have the largest prison population in the world by far (both as a % and raw numbers) and even today the vast majority is for non violent drug crime.
Now our president is proposing laws that will severely constrain our freedom of the press, which is the most precious of all our freedoms.
Black people get pulled over at substantially larger rate than white people for no reason other than driving while black. That's freedom?
I can't smoke pot in the safety of my home without risking arrest if a cop should come to my door. But since I'm white he'll likely ignore it. If I were black I'd be arrested.
We all talk the talk of freedom...I wish we'd walk the walk.

Years ago a regular of mine got shit from management for spending too much time with me. He wanted her to circulate more so there was more "entertainment value" for his club. I do see his point but these girls are independent contractors, not employees!
I find it frustrating if I see a hottie I want to spend money on but she has lots of people waiting for her already. But that's just how the business works.

The vast majority of the time, when I suggest a dancer come back later, they see it as a brush-off so you have to be proactive. If she's with a bunch of guys it's rude to try and snatch her away at that moment, but if you can catch her eye, she'll know when she's free to come back.

I go clubbing both day shift and night. They have different flavors. Day is more laid back. The dancers will generally spend more time with you, but the pickings are much slimmer. If you have a regular, day is the best time.
At night there's more energy, more girls and a better selection, but when she's done chances are she has several guys waiting in the wings so it's unlikely she'll hang with you unless she's already a regular.
I like both; I'm going after work today to see my CF. My club is dead on Tuesdays and she'll likely spend the whole time I'm there with me.

I agree with ATAC: advice on one particular girl is likely to be useless. Just be yourself. Dancers are much easier. As long as they think they'll give you money, you almost can't say or do anything wrong.
