The Tour

Papi_Chulo
Miami, FL (or the nearest big-booty club)
Does not happen often but once in a while I get the dancer that tells me she wants to give me a tour of the club - I usually turn it down b/c as far as I'm concerned strippers rarely do anything for ftee out of the kindness of their hearts and the "tour" is often a way for her to then hit you up for VIP or dances b/c after all "she was kind enough to show you around".

Have you ever been offered a tour of the club by a dancer and if so how it'd turn out, were you hit up for VIP or dances?

I've occasionally gotten "The Tour" and it has invariably resulted in an offer (on her part) to do a VIP room. Usually, if I was interested enough to do The Tour, I'm interested enough to do the VIP.

I agree with you. I have never taken the "tour," but get hit up for dances anyway.

In this area, at least, it's usually not a good idea to go for the tour, unless you're a calm cool & collected PL. About 80% of the time, the tour seems to be one of the primary tactics offered by Door Vultures -- those girls who specialize in hustling new arrivals very quickly into a poor decision, backed by horrible and even ROB level service. Her demeanor and friendliness during the "tour" IS the most service-centric part of her hustle; then she'll try to guilt you into dances, where she'll do a terrible job, engage in usual ROB upsell, etc.

That's not always, I recently accepted a tour at a new club (accepted because I knew I wouldn't be strong-armed into a dance with her), and the girl actually graciously hung out with me for a while afterwards (for which I tipped her) and turned out to be a decent chick. She was great, I'd recommend her unreservedly, so there are exceptions.

That said, I'd say be on high alert with the tour girls, many of them are a who's who for worst girls in the club.

Yeah I think it's strictly a set up for a VIP pitch.

Yep, I even got a tour of an Orlando club once a few years ago. I almost laughed when she suggested it, but I played along. Surprise, surprise, the tour ended in the back room. I thanked her for showing me around and offered to escorting her back to my table.

Last time I ever took a club tour was Greenville SC at PP a few years back

By the time we was in the champagne room the chick grabs my cock and ask me " you wanna play big boy ?" After I said he'll yeah then she said "1,000" I was like sorry but I only got $150

    She did not look amused

I've never been offered a tour. I would probably lean towards MrDeuce's strategy or not do the tour at all.

I too got one at the Greenville SC Platinum Plus and one also at the Platinum West in Columbia SC, a sister club. Both ended with a push for the Champagne room and a no answer.

I got the "I won't charge you" tour of a dancers apartment. Does that count?

I've been offered the tour many times. Usually I refuse but if it's a club that's new to me occasionally I say ok. I don't see why you guys are worried about this being a setup to get you into a VIP that you don't want. Just say no if you don't want what the club offers. All of us should have learned how to say no by now.

I've been given the tour a few times and it turned out OK.

Tell them you would like a tour inside their vagina.

It's an underhanded tactic that probably many newbs fall-for - most of the time the dancer makes it look like they are being nice and attentive to the PL when all along it's just a sales-pitch (kinda like when they give you a free trip but they really want you to buy a time-share)

Yep, I've been tour-averse since my newb days. As I said above, I did take a tour recently, precisely because I am perfectly comfortable just saying no at the end. But "no tours" was a survival tactic for quite a few years, and old habits die hard. Plus, why even expose yourself to the most unpleasant girls in the club? But yes, if you're comfortable saying no, and you have the self-control to resist a girl whose entire game is based on making a post-tour VIP seem like a good idea, then there's little downside.

A few weeks ago I stopped in a club and the manager a guy I'd known for a while from another club asked me if I'd like a tour, I said to him who do you think I am Ricky Boy Dugan and he busted out laughing I didn't know he is a lurker here on TUSCL said he's never posted but admitted to reading the forum.

I think the only formal tour I've had from a dancer was at Treasures in Houston. She was clearly trying to get me to go to the pricey sections of the club, but I ended up with set of spectacular lap dances from a beautiful and tightly built Asian I still remember, years later.

My first and only tour made me fall in stripper love. She was a fav for the last two years and it really was just a tour as my first time there. Day shift in a two story building. I can still remember following her up the stairs and watching those sexy legs. I was in stripper love. Never even got a dance from any other girl at this club except her. I've moved on since but still remember the tour!

Maybe one day a stripper will get smart about costumer service and toss in a complamenty blow job to go with the tour

Yes this is very common at Sapphires at Vegas. I've never accepted their offer after they give me a tour.

Kind of sounds similar to the pitch for a time share.

I haven't very often been offered a tour, but I can't remember accepting the subsequently proffered VIP more than a couple times.

As Subraman notes, the tours are most often offered by the "door vultures" (a glossary worthy phrase if there ever was one), so it's moderately easy to decline. :)
