What happened to just arresting and letting them have their day in court? Those cops should all be disciplined. I'm sure that guy will get a lawyer who will want to make a name for himself and with that photographic evidence will get that guy a settlement.

I didn't see anything wrong - to me it looked they were very concerned for the driver and all those cops were just trying to help him off the ground but he kept falling down
