I’ve been researching this for a Couple (m & f) and for a dancer. Both have expressed interest and I’ve done some camera work for them.
First, what money is out there is in the fetish market. Guys who are ashamed or embarrassed that they get turned on by a domineering woman making fun of his small dick or gets off on sucking dirty toes etc.

Almost all making comments ( myself included) have discussed a set price for specific services. I’m currently seeing a dancer OTC, but we’ve never discussed fee for service.
I’ve seen her off and on for four years and we follow the same pattern. She’ll tell me she needs something, I’ll buy it and once we get to the $300 to $400 range we’ll finally find a mutually agreeable time.

When I started OTC, the minimum time in the club for VIP was an hour. I think it was about $150 to the club & $200 for the dancer. I was tipping $100 for BBBJ & BBFS so it was costing me $450. I had a lot of Marriott, Hilton, & Holiday Inn points so that was not a cost. She had never done OTC but I pointed out that she was leaving me with $300 ITC and could leave the hotel with $500.
She was nervous as fuck the first time but once she learned I wasn’t an axe murderer she settled into a twice weekly routine.

I learned on full rugs but the convenience of tasteful hardwood ( key word : taste) makes everyone happy. At my favorite club many years ago two biker gangs got into it in the club. My ATF was working and she said there were 5 cop cars and at least 10 cops breaking things up and arrested many of the perps.

I’ve currently got two former dancers that I’m in touch with 4 or 5 times a week primarily by text. One uses Snapchat and I’m not that comfortable with SnapChat. Miscommunication happens more often when you get older. I live about 45 minutes from Desires in PVD and while I’ve been there 7 or 8 times and I have found beautiful spinners every time, I got ripped off during my first visit (stupid me - I paid up front & she changed her mind) but each and every other dancer has been up front. There are some who are not offering anything other than a dance and there are some who have more of a menu.
I’ve never been to Club Lust, upstairs and only remember reading one review of the benefit of “second story work”.
I’ve had good luck and lots of fun at other Providence Clubs (spent an hour in VIP at Cadillac once with a true 9.75). Even a couple of Mass clubs near RI offer great options (Foxy Lady Brockton & Mario’s) so it’s an area worth keeping in mind.

I used to fly in and out of Atlanta a lot. MARTA the public transportation, is not bad and easy to figure out. The Marriott downtown is a great hotel ( I had the cell # for an escort who I met there about 10 times). Have you considered Uber/Lyft instead of rental? That way you avoid OUI danger and traffic in Atlanta bounces between bad and horrible. You May know how to drive in an inch of snow but don’t bet on a million Atlantans.
