Go to the stage tip them at least $5 and tell them to come see you that you want to do dances do a few dances with them get their number so the next time you can text them and let them know you're coming in and you won't have that problem

I eat lunch and once in a while dinner at my favorite club. The menu is a little simple. No lobster rech! They do have steak. And overall its a decent menu. about like an applebees.

I don't think they are usually forced by management, although I had a girl once tell me the reason she left a particular club is because a whale complained to the manager that she didn't 'take care of him". The manage called her in and said he spends a lot of money here and you had better take care of him. Keep in mind this is coming from a stripper so I don't know.
