Just like traveler, I've seen tryouts with girls either new to stripping or relatively inexperienced. The owners wanted to see if they could handle it. Almost always in these cases, the boyfriend/SO is there for moral support or whatever you call it. Sometimes amusing, sometimes you can't help feeling embarrassed for the girl.

True story. Having an OTC with my ATF a few years ago at her place. We just finished, I'm dressed but she's not, and there's a knock on the front door. Turns out it's her stepdad dropping by to say hi. He gets the hidden key and comes in. We instantly start to pretend I'm a resident doctor doing physical therapy on her. He looks suspicious, but we lay on the BS with medical terminology and he leaves saying he'll come back later. Close one.

Agree. Another observation is, the bartenders and waitresses also are either married to, engaged to, or dating good-looking guys who are gainfully employed. The dancers all seem to have the low quality unemployed musician-type relationships. Even the dancers have commented to me about how much better quality men the others get because they're not strippers.

Maddog is right. A car accident in Mexico is considered a felony. You have to produce evidence that you can pay immediately for the damages, fees, etc. That's why rental cars in San Diego have signs on the dashboard not to take the car into Mexico.
