As a Floor Manager I have to agree. We DON'T give a fuck about you. Ask me for a good champagne room girl and I will direct you toward whatever girl will tip me.
That being said, if you come at me with a good tip, say $50 and up, and aren't blatant about it in a way that could get me fined for complicity to solicitation, I can definitely hook you up with a girl who will gobble your prick.

I find a lot of dancers who aren't intrinsically that stupid just have no interest in anything that doesn't involve pop culture. They COULD become more educated about virtually any topic but they couldn't care less because there's no celebrity involved.
If IQ were measured solely by what celeb is banging who or which liquor Ludacris is currently endorsing, they'd be considered geniuses.
History for them means being able to list all the people the Kardashians have fucked or how many times an R&B star has been to jail.
That being said I've worked with some girls who have the attention span of a gnat and (quite literally) can't count to three. And I current work with a girl in school for Aeronautical Physics (or something like that).
To me having the ability to learn and not using it is just as bad as being mentally UNABLE to learn.
But God gave them a vagina and made men willing to spend idiotic amounts of money to look at/bang it, so it all equals out in the end.

We recently had the state inspectors poke around and check our permits. They were nice enough to remind us that nude on stage is now illegal and that our girls needed to get some latex on their nipples.
It was nice of them not to fine us. I'm sure if they'd come in undercover we'd have been shut down in about 5 seconds.

In the harsh light of sobriety I gotta say I agree with John and Goose. Definitely not my best effort.
Since Friday night went nice and smooth and I managed to make a good buck, I had no anger to work with which seems to be the key ingredient.

'Insanely shitfaced' seems to be the favorite setting for customers here.
I recommend sober to light buzz. When you start getting hammered enough to be talked into crap you really don't want, its time to flee.

Only bad things can happen if you can't pay your tab. A disturbingly large amount of my time on the floor is spent trying to get assholes to pay what they owe to a dancer. I've heard every excuse in the book my favorite being "I didn't know the dances cost money."
Yeah, people actually say that.
In our club we'll try to work with you any possible way but ultimately if the tab's anything over $40, you're either gonna get the shit kicked out of you (usually your decision, not ours) or we'll just call any one of the many local cops we're friends with and watch how fast people discover money they claimed they didn't have when the boys in blue show up.
Total pain in the ass, yet sometimes very satisfying. Its amazing how many stairs we can find for you to fall down on your way out of the club.

Thank you Primo, ain't that the truth..
Depending on the club, waitresses and bartenders can do very well. Where I work the door girls do pretty good as they are the ones who handle the club funny money payouts. So they get hourly, customer tips through the door and tips from dancers collecting their champagne room dough.
Managers fall in there somewhere too followed by the Floor Guys, bar backs and lastly, the cooks.
