Houston had a political witch hunt about three years ago right as I was departing he scene. Fines, pasties, boy shorts....it wasn't pretty. But even during all of that we struggled on admirably. I was gone during the big oil recession last couple of years which has hit the city hard (not me thank god), so maybe that's responsible. I'll see if I can find a talkative girl to tell me about the oil guys.

Best: was wearing a cowboys jersey in pittsburgh, happened to meet a dancer from Dallas. Got a free 30 min VIP
Worst: dancer in Denver farted. I laughed and said it happens to the best of us, she continued. 2 minutes later she ripped the longest fart I've ever heard, stopped suddenly, and ran out of VIP. Didn't collect money, never saw her again.

Having just gotten back from the big sleazy I don't know how girls make money at those clubs. Lap dances at the French quarter clubs are 60 a pop. I'm not paying that. Ever. Didn't see much stage tipping either, so unless you're gonna out those oral skills to work in half hour rooms at 400 and up, I don't hold out much hope for you.

To me the sitting and chatting/groping is part of her dance sales pitch. She's rewarded by dances, and if she wants me to buy more, she will come back and do more of the same. Periods between dances are rewarded with drinks.

Yeah I did Pablo, but all the reviews seem for the most part to be pre "war" as you say. I've gotten some pretty good intel, so all is not for naught. I wonder when the persecution will end in America....2020?
