At least if you work as a stripper you're pretty much confined to a club. Nobody other than patrons of that club would really know about your past, and it won't be documented online either. Porn on the other hand generally involves making videos available to the public, which is hard to separate oneself from.

Some dancers will only meet select customers OTC. They don't want to be the same as the girls you see on the escort agencies, etc. that will just go see almost any guy for sex. Some will actually care to know you a bit first.

I'm unsure as to whether how they are for couples, but you could check out 4 play which is an all nude club (however no alcohol is served). It's a pretty relaxed environment with good seating, so I would think it's pretty accommodating for a couple.

Interesting you mention this as I was debating the same thing last night. This may not be the same case for you, but for me in some cases if I'm spending a lot of money with one girl she gets more and more eager to please each time and dances get even hotter. Some girls want to "take care" of a regular, so to speak. This can lead to a better experience.
I ended up spending most of last night's budget on one girl, but I don't regret it at all. Had an amazing time.

Regarding the condom...I like viewing that as the extra layer of protection, but would prefer knowing that there's a tiny chance the girl I'm with has anything serious anyway. I'd prefer the condom not be used as a "lifeline" of sorts.

Still, it would be safe to assume that HIV prevalence rates are much higher in Kenya than in Tijuana. At least in Tijuana, girls are actually tested. Sure this can be bypassed, but at least there is some effort being made. Moreover, there are many facilities available in the area for the girls in Tijuana to receive treatment for less worrisome (but still contagious) STDs like syphilis, gonorrhea, etc. I know first-hand that a lot of the girls do take this seriously down there. I'm not convinced the same standard of care is available in Kenya.

If you are looking for better dollar value, you might check out Anaheim which might be about 30-45 minutes out of LA, depending on where you are.
Imperial Showgirls is one club there I've heard good things about. From my understanding, mileage is pretty high. Dancer quality is usually decent, sometimes good/very good.
