Too much of a good thing is never enough
BBBJ and BBFS in the clubs?
Like Electronman and jackslash, I also club in Detroit. At my go-to club, my experiences have been that services are almost always covered. I have gotten BBBJ, but it is very rare. Perhaps it wouldn’t be as rare if I specifically ask for it during the negotiation process. However, it is not my style to ask for just a BJ. I like to receive everything. For me, that usually ends up being a session with CBJ and CFS. Age may be a factor. A stripper more than likely has less risk of pregnancy from giving bareback services to a man in his 60’s than she does from a man in his 30’s. I know I don’t want to have a stripper baby, so I would never do BBFS with a stripper.

How do you decide which unpublished reviews to evaluate?
The majority of the unpublished reviews I read are for clubs in my area. I occasionally read reviews of clubs I’ve gone to as a tourist, or clubs in an area where I used to live. After that, I just read really short reviews and usually reject them because it is too obvious the reviewer didn’t put much effort into it.

    Value of TUSCL Reviews?
I check TUSCL multiple times throughout the day. I always go to the reviews section first, and then go to the discussions section next.

Do you read the club reviews on TUSCL for your town?
Yes, in fact, about 90% of the reviews I read are for clubs in my area. The majority of them don’t offer any new information, but every now and then, I read a review where significant changes are mentioned (price increaes, curtains removed from the VIP, etc.). The reviews have done enough to convince me which clubs in my area are worth a visit, and which clubs to avoid. Whether it is a club I visit or not, I do enjoy reading the daily reviews for all the clubs in my area.

Looking back on your start here...
I signed up so I could read reviews. At the time, I lived in an area that had a handful of clubs, but they are very seldomly reviewed on TUSCL. A few years later, I moved to an area that has some really good strip clubs. However, I would only occasionally buy a month of VIP here and there so I could read reviews. About 6 years after I signed up on TUSCL, I wrote my first review. Looking back at it now, I must admit the first review I wrote sucks. A couple months after I wrote my first review, I used Google to search for information about a club, and discovered a TUSCL discussion that mentioned that specific club. For the next few months, I lurked on the discussion board, and eventually I began to participate in discussions.

I submitted one and it is still under review. The most likely reasons why mine hasn’t been published yet were already mentioned in this thread. It hasn’t even been 30 days since my submission, so I will patiently wait for the backlog to get cleared.

What food do you give up for health reasons ?
@Warrenboy, maybe not all PF locations are the same, but I’ve been a member for almost 6 years and going regularly during the week, at my home PF, they make it a point to post flyers at the entryway into the lockeroom a week in advance. For as long as I’ve been a member, the first Monday of the month has always been pizza night, and the second Tuesday of the month has always been bagel morning. At my home PF, I don’t see very many people socialize. Most people are focused on their workout. They are wearing earbuds listening to music while getting a workout, and they don’t talk to anyone. That is how it should be when you’re at the gym.

Planet Fitness is actually good for the price. Pizza night is nothing new. It has always been the first Monday of the month. There is an obvious reason why my local PF was busier last night than it usually is. The pizza arrived right as I was on my way out last night. I didnt bother to stop and have any since I already planned on grilling chicken breast for dinner. But yes, it purely is a move to get people into the gym, despite how contradictory it may seem. I have had no issues working out hard at PF. All they ask is that you don’t slam weights. Sometimes while I’m working out, I get a nice view. Nothing like running on a treadmill and then a girl with a toned body and very nice ass gets on the elliptical machine right in front of you. If there is one thing that is annoying, it is the occasional person hogging a machine you want to use and all they are doing is texting/playing on their phone. I am one of those people that don’t like to rest more than 2 minutes between sets, so sometimes it gets on my nerve if someone just sits there for 5 minutes not using the machine at all.

For 2+ years I have been paying attention to labels. There is one particular word I don’t want to see on any ingredients list, and that is soy. This can be difficult as many foods and workout supplements (mainly protein powders), use soy lecithin as an additive. I stopped buying Pam cooking sprays because they use soy as an ingredient. I now use a non-GMO cooking spray by Smart Balance that does not have any soy in it. The main reason I avoid soy is because of its relationship to the female hormone estrogen. Soy lecithin may not be as bad as soy protein, and foods that use it generally have less than 2%, but just looking at the word soy instantly has me associate it with estrogen. The sad fact is, a lot of food manufactures choose to use soy lecithin simply because it is cheap. Sunflower lecithin is a better alternative, but you usually do pay a higher price for food that has it. As it is, the majority of the foods I buy are whole foods, like boneless, skinless chicken breasts, salmon filets, grass fed beef, organic eggs, organic oats, organic brown rice, organic fruits and vegetables, and nut mixes. Lately, if there is one food I binge on, it is Planters Heart Healthy nut mix, which is far from the worst thing you can snack on.

We need an app we can see exactly who’s working that night
Last I knew, Deja Vu clubs post a roll call on their Facebook and Instagram accounts nightly, but a picture of one dancer, focusing on ass or tits (no face) and list of dancer names is all they post, and most of them don’t do it until late in the evening. While it would be nice to have an app that helps us decide, I just don’t think it is a good idea if you take dancer safety into consideration. If you have a favorite, it is better to ask her for her schedule, or exchange phone numbers if you want to know she is working before you go to the club. Otherwise, just go to the club. If she is there, great. If she isn’t, then you can choose someone else. If she isn’t there and none of the other dancers interest you, it isn’t the end of the world. There is always next time.

Any U.S. cities have clubs like Detroit?
Not a US city, but probably the closest and easiest to get to from Detroit, just cross the border into Canada and head towards Toronto. TUSCL reviews for clubs in Mississauga suggest that they are similar to Detroit.

First time at a new club
I avoid visiting areas that have a reputation for being dangerous, or at the very least, I will do a little research so that I avoid being close to any sketchy neighborhoods. If I’m visiting a particular area, I just read TUSCL reviews to determine if a club is worth visiting. If I do decide to check a club out, then I just go check it out. Doing anything else is over analyzing the situation, and if you’re really that scared of going somewhere unfamiliar, then why even travel in the first place?

How strict are we with publishing reviews?
As I go through the unpublished reviews section, I usually only read reviews for clubs I am familiar with. I don’t put too much emphasis on the length of the review. As long as the reviewer put forth some effort and provides information I know to be accurate, I will usually accept it. If I see an unpublished review that is very short and vague, I will read it regardless of which club it is. If it reads something like “I had a good time. There were lots of hot girls. Drinks were priced reasonably. I will return when in the area” I will automatically reject it since that is something anyone can write without ever going into a club.

    Mixed Clubs Becoming Black Clubs
A few more from the Detroit area. The Toy Chest used to be a mixed club, but they are now a black club. I think there were many factors that led to the change. The club was greatly affected by DPD’s crackdown on VIP activities, and the club eventually got new ownership. Truth opened this year as a mixed club, but after 6 months of being open, got new management and now that club is a black club. I did visit Truth back in the spring while it was still a mixed club, but half the dancers and half the the customers were black during the time I was there. I guess the decision to go from a mixed club to a black club may have been largely based on who was going to this club. Also, this club is at the same location that used to be Silver Rain, which was a black club, so that may be part of the reason why Truth was getting a lot of black customers.

I think non-VIP members will continue to use the main board and actually post legit discussions there. However, over time, a lot of the inquires will largely go unanswered as the main board will mostly become posts by SJG, trolls, and a handful of members that enablers of posts by SJG and/or trolls.

I seen some profiles with 0 reviews written labeled as verified and several with tons of reviews but labeled as unverified. My theory is, the verified label is on the profiles of users that have paid for a VIP membership. If you’re maintaining VIP status by submitting reviews, and not paying for it, then that is why you’re profile has the unverified label. This is just my theory on how these labels are currently applied. I’m sure that adjustments will be done to get everyone the correct label on their profile.

I am verified, but I see a lot of the regular users here are unverified. Perhaps the label is based on who has paid for a VIP membership and who hasn’t?
