I don't even like the far-fetched entertaining lies, or the insincere flattery lies. I prefer the ones that tell the truth. Not the "you're old and ugly and I'm only next to you because my desparateness for money exceeds your repulsiveness" kind of truths, but the kind where they do find something they genuinely like about you.

for me, the order of priorities would be:
1) Looks (including age and body type)
2) Attention (including eye contact)
3) Sincerity (an insincere "you're so handsome!" doesn't anything for me)
4) Dance ability and value (what I get for what I spend)
5) Everything else
I have never met a dancer with similar interests and passions; having similar interests and passions would meant they come from a particular background that would make it highly unlikely that they would need or want to be dancing.

Didn't all the Talents West clubs (Honeys, Ricks) get shut down? Pandoras claims to have some management from Talents West but as far as I can tell from the reviews, it's run fairly strict. I don't think exist any Seattle area clubs right now where you can expect ITC BJ/FS for any price from a pretty girl. (unless you offered them like $1,000 and they were planning on quitting the job soon anyway)
I hate the clubs where you haggle the prices. I've encountered that occasionally at the Pike Place Deja Vu ("if you pay $x more per dance then you can see or do (something more)"), however that has been a disappointment every single time. If what you want to do is above the dancer's comfort level, it'll still be above her comfort level even if you're paying a bit more. Posted $30 dances are on average higher mileage than posted $20 dances, but the specific mileage level you get will always depend on what your specific dancer is comfortable with. The highest mileage I've ever seen was one specific dancer at Little Darlings, but the average dance there is one way touch.

Well that's just the first survey with lots of responses that I found when I did a web search for what age girls are sexiest. The point of posting that was just to show that even though preferences and experiences will vary from guy to guy, there is a significant portion that believe 18-21 to have the best bodies.

I don't know if other guys would be into this, but I liked how Safari Show Club also had an outdoor pole and pool, so you can see dancers in natural sunlight during summer days.

Aside from being potential "whores to pay to fuck," I think one of the best things dancers offer is that for some amount of time you can get the complete attention of a really hot girl, and she can make you feel wanted and special.

You could use collaborative filtering - "people who liked the same clubs as you also gave high ratings to the following clubs ..."
It would be funny if this were done at a dancer level. "Your favorites seem to be Kitten and Barbie. Other PLs who liked Kitten and Barbie also gave high ratings to Mercedes and Lola." Presumably this would implicitly end up matching on factors such as body type, mileage, overall type of experience.

My guess would be 1%. This site seems to be more for patrons than dancers. I also think that stripclublist gets more traffic.
If the dancer that gave you the air dance is getting less business now I would not attribute that to any negative review you may have left here about her dance skills, rather I would attribute that to all the club regulars having learned (through trial and error or through observation) that she doesn't give good private dances, and not going for her.
When I read online about a specific dancer giving good or bad dances I don't really expect that to be a good indicator of the quality of dance that I would get. There are many factors that affect the quality of any particular dance (e.g., which manager is on shift, how badly the dancer needs money that day, the vibe the dancer gets about whether you're a cop, the vibe the dancer gets about how much money you're likely to spend, your appearance and behavior, whether the dancer is having a good or bad day, and so on), and these factors are constantly changing.
