The fact of the matter is that extras can be found in many clubs (maybe not in yours). Having said that, I don't understand why you would be surprised to read postings from members informing each other where they can and cannot get extras.

Additionally, you may draw a distinction between Call Girls and Strippers, but depending on the location, there really isn't much difference. Do you also post on the Call Girl review forums about how you don't like what those members are posting about?

They may ask and most if not all accept no for an answer and not ask again. They also would not stiff you on your dance charges. Do not expect them to tip you for being rude.
