The constitution should basically say that anything two people (or more) want to do is okay as long as all members involved are of adult age and are consenting. That means you can pay for sex, have gay weddings, some crack, own guns, etc. etc. etc. as long as your activities don't impinge on the freedom of others. So no, you cannot force a christian church to marry a gay couple....you can't pay to have sex with a minor.....pimps would be straight out if forcing women to perform.....etc. etc. Is this shit really that hard to figure out?
