DAMN! Now Sam is never gonna want to visit Detroit again!!! That said, I wonder whether the crew got charged for the mandatory valet and coat check??? [Wouldn't the valets have ample chance to get the license plate and vehicle description...]

Hmmm..... Back in college, the sex ed class was infamous for it's female masturbation and heterosexual films. Problem was the class was 95%+ male. One semester I signed up for a 3rd year Spanish class. Now THAT was the place to be! I was the only guy surrounded by 29 gals, and they were competing for my attention!

Might be wise to tell them you just arrived and want to watch one rotation of the gals on stage before doing anything else. Then you haven't rejected them outright and aren't stringing them along either.

The DPOV section may well go dormant for long periods of time. However, the point of having it would be to preserve the quality pieces dancers have written. Having that concentrated and preserved may well encourage other dancers to come forward and write quality pieces. Otherwise, the best items are forgotten.

And then there's The Hip Hugger model: No tip outs or stage fees taken from the girls. Only $1 a minute fine for every minute they're late. Girls pick and pay for their jukebox music when on stage (like $1 for every stint on stage.) Club only charges a $3 cover at night and $3 per beer. Dances are $10 a song, with all money going to the dancer. No drink sale requirement of the gals per shift. Bceuase the dances are sooooooo cheap, they sell themselves. LONG LIVE THE HUGGER!!!!!!!!!!

I can't recall ever visiting Stripperweb. And the efforts by mxoxo and hottieheidi seemed sincerely aimed at crossing over to the membership here on the whole (good use of the medium) rather than trying to start or win a flame war (there goes the neighborhood.) My idea is to filter and save the high-quality threads from dancers like mxoxo and hottieheidi have created. The other stuff can stay in the blog, discussion or article sections where they'll quickly be passed onto oblivion.

That's the thing: click on the username of some of the folks who've submitted reviews for the Saginaw Vu and you'll see after "last seen", they haven't been around since submitting the review.

More specifically, I have the meteoric rise of TUSCL's #8 club, the Deja Vu in Saginaw, MI., in mind. Up +.77 in the trend department with 48 reviews dating back to '06 (14 of those written in the last year with several by reviewers who managed to create a TUSCL account and ONLY review the Saginaw Vu, go figure...)

I tried opening Henry's North once just to see what it would be like. Arrived at liked 11:05 am and the club opened at 11:am. The manager and bouncer were seated in two chairs on the main floor conversing, probably surprised by my arrival (they didn't try to collect cover), a bartender was setting up, and one of the dancers from the day before, was seated at the bar as she was to be a waitress that day. Dancer-turned-waitress smiled at me (she was a cutie) as she remebered me from the day before (big accomplishment, right?) and I walked over to chat with her (beacuse of so little going on.) I didn't know what to expect and frankly I thought she was going to say we can go screw in the back because there likely won't be any customers in the place for a little while yet. Instead she just laid on about how I should buy more dances with her. Just then the first dancer emerged from the lockerroom, a large heavy-set gal and my interest in hanging at Henry's died on the vine. Promptly bolted for Bogie's, where they had all the gals up and dancing by 11:30am.

Sam, Bogie's has always been a dive. That subtracts from it's rating to start off with. Further, some of the *talent* is often suspect. Then there's the drink hustle. Last time in I got wind to a more aggressive drink push by the service staff, namely the dancers have to sell so many drinks per shift which feeds into the "Would you like to buy the lady a drink?" moments after she's joined you and you probably haven't even hit it off with her yet. I got the impression last time in the club was slower and the service staff was hurting for income. Thereby to get more tips they upped the drink pitch to "annoying". Actually for me though I'd say it was worse than annoying because most of the *talent* in Bogie's doesn't warrant a drink purchase. Maybe at a higher end club like Penthouse the drink hustle can work, but at Bogie's it's la-la-land.

Does it count as a tax writeoff?
