I hope other states actually adopt "indoor prostitution". I really had my hopes on San Francisco allowing it, but as it turned out, a very anti Bush, but conservative crowd turned out in California, and other places on election day.
RI should regulate and tax the indoor girls. When the state coffers start filling, other states will follow suit.

Texas is a GOP state, but it was the dems on the Houston city council that passed the anti strip club ordinance that mandated distance requirements, pasties, etc.

I haven't been to a strip club north of the Mason/Dixon line (with the exption of San Francisco). Having lived in California, I find the girls friendly, but superficial. They're more interested in your money than anything else. I lived in New Mexico for years too. The girls there are actually cruel and distant. In Texas, I find the strippers to be caring. This is a byproduct of 1970's TV cop shows.
