I think one of the best sexually charged mainstream movies out there is "Basic Instinct" featuring Sharon Stone.

They have a pretty good sex scene at the beginning of the movie, and if you fast forward to minute 27 to minute 28 you can watch the famous interrogation scene where Sharon Stone flashes her pussy while asking the police detectives if they like to fuck while on cocaine.

I like the T & A comedies of the early 80's. Who could forget Fast Times at Ridgemont High? Phoebe Cates arguably has the most perfect breasts ever seen in a movie (point of trivia-Judge Reinhold was actually maturbating, which caused Phoebe to have that look when she caught him).
Private Lessons-late 20ish maid seduces teen boy-who hasn't had a similar fantasy? The strip scene is one of the best ever nude scenes.

For sheer eroticism, there's two top contenders.

Meiner Schwester Der Kuss-This German made for TV movie wasn't shy about nudity and the story was actually a little ahead of it's time. What happens when divorced parents split up siblings? Sometimes, the hormones kick in. A teen brother and sister struggle with feelings for each other, and when step dad is a perv peeking in on sis...it's a very gripping drama.
