You can always ask your dancer about them. She will know if they are monitored, how often, and what happens if the person monitoring them sees "something".
Often the more experienced dancers will tip the camera monitor guy as needed to ensure he's doing something else while she's in a VIP.
@subraman, I agree that hacking a club's camera system is probably fairly easy for an experienced hacker (which I am not). But as far as I can tell, there is little evidence of real VIP session vids being leaked to sites like PH. (Although there are a few that look real.)
However that doesn't mean it's not happening. If the supposed hacker can ID the Dancer or PL in the booth it would be rather useful for blackmailing, assuming the Dancer or PL would suffer from being exposed (no pun intended).
Last thought on this: as demonstrated in the recent massage parlor busts in Florida, it's now quite feasible that LE can obtain a warrant to allow them to "tap" the camera feed for the collection of evidence of illegal acts. My guess is that club management would find a way to get the word out, if they know about it. But there's no guarantee of that.

Just speculation on my part, but I find myself wondering just how much your wife and Yuni have collaborated in these escalating excursions. Some one else suggested that your wife might have asked Yuni to deliberately test you, and you deftly avoided that trap only with supper human strength of character (and presumably punching your dick so hard it rendered you unable to betray yourself or your wife).
But what if, having passed the test, and knowing how close the "sisters" are with such a deep history together from childhood, through puberty and now adulthood, your wife may actually want to "share" her true loves' affection with her BFF? It's hard to see how your wife could NOT have known the skinny dipping was on the itinerary. Obviously, she wanted you to see Yuni's glory exposed. And the presence of the kids assured her you would maintain control. But what if the kids were elsewhere during the hike? Would/could your wife have welcomed or even initiated a dream-come-true scenario for each of you?
Perhaps some casual discussion with the wife about the day and her thoughts on spending more time with Yuni sans kids would yield deeper insights?

Early morning encounters, probably less likely that she's available for room service. Even if she is some flavor of sex worker, she may not be "on duty" at 7:30 am.

Agree with TFP. Although appropriate discretion is needed when reviewing extras in a US club, this is not necessary when reviewing fully legal activities for clubs in other countries.

The current location of Dames & Games in Van Nuys, CA started out as The Classy Lady back in the 80's. It was owed by people who were connected to the porn industry and was often used after hours to shoot scenes. Comments above run the gamut of perspectives. None are always wrong, none are always right.
My point was in the specific situation the OP presented - how to start negotiations for VIP extras. My suggestion: don't be the pig who just wants to splooge all over some random hot body in a dance. Be the gentlemen-perv who see's a wonderful, beautiful, valuable woman - and who he wants to splooge all over in a dance.
If he just goes straight in for "Great tits! Can I fuck you in VIP?" he's just a creep.
If he establishes some rapport, he's much more likely to be considered.
Of course, this is club and dancer specific. If it's a long standing high mileage club, it's much more likely she will just lay out her menu in the first minute (or less) of the conversation.
Obviously, compliments about her looks are a good thing if done appropriately. But save it for a moment when it's genuine and meaningful, within the context of the overall process.

This is a numbers game. IME, some dancers will give you their number and their (still fake) "real name" and make promises of wanting OTC. But when you message them they play you along just trying to get you back into the club ("I like you, but I need to know you better before I feel comfortable...").
Others will be happy to meet you, for some insane amount ($500, 750 1000!) thinking you are (and in your case you really are) a rube and won't have game to call bullshit and negotiate the down to $300-$400 or less. There are also dancers with pimps who will offer you a stupidly low number like $100 but will show up with Pimp Daddy and his gang of armed thugs.
Finally, there are dancers who will be open to meet for a fair rate, as long as you don't treat them like a 'ho' (ironic, isn't it?).
Work up your game:
1. Build up trust first. Talk her up, pay attention, compliment her on anything except her looks/anatomy/etc.
2. If possible, get HER to suggest OTC. Be nervous about "going to far" in the cub, but be demonstrably interested in her (a hard-on speaks volumes).
3. Present yourself as confident, but not arrogant. A shark will smell blood in the water and will drain your wallet without ever draining your dick

I have no intel on this club. But if thier amateur night is like most other SC's amateur night, here's some points to think about before you hump the 90 mile drive:
1. The contestants are almost NEVER amateurs. They are usually dances from other clubs or dances from other cities that are either using the contest to audition, or to pick up some freelance cash without going through a formal hiring process.
2. Most clubs that offer a large cash prize for the "winner" won't start the context unless there are minimum number of contestants there. They feel there's no point in giving away $300-$500 to the three chubby wannabes who could never get hired there in the 1st place.
3. What ever time the club says the contest will start (say 10:00 pm), it will be at least 2-3 hours later than that. They really want t o keep as many PL's looking for fresh meat there as long as possible to mike them for more cash.
4. If you know a girl who wants to enter the contest, try to game her into not going and doing a hot, wet OTC session with you - tell her she get's a guaranteed win by going one on one with you instead.

A while back, there was a guy who made the rounds at most of the San Fernando Valley clubs: Deja Vu North Hollywood, Godfather's Canoga Park and Van Nuys, Rhino Van Nuys, etc. He always wore a button down shirt, with a tie and looked like a 55-65 year old nebbish from the extra's casting for Hill Street Blues. He never bought dances, but a few of the girls would sit with him and chat on slow days. As I recall, he was known on a local SC blog (can't say Z-name of the blog; hint, hint) as Jerry Fucko.
I would see him regularly maybe 65-75% of times I visited local clubs. After several months of noticing him and never talking to him, I had a rather disappointing epiphany one day when I realized that I was seeing him so often, that it may have been ME who was the Quirky Strip Club Regular. Yikes!

I carry two phones. One issued by my company, and one personal I use for anything not-company related. I'm not married, no (traditional) GF and I live alone. So I don't have a problem getting NSFW texts or messages on my personal phone. I'll use the personal phone as a backup for the work phone, including having duplicate work apps on it. But I never give out my work phone or email for mongering use.
At many companies, especially tech co's, your work devices (phone, laptop, tablets) are controlled and actively monitored by the company's security group. So as we leaned from Ghost Busters: Don't mix the streams.
Finally, anyone, dumbass or not (with apologies to @Muddy9), can lose a phone. So I use different passwords and access controls on each one.
Last tip: I also have separate emails for work (provided by work), personal/friends, and mongering. Plus a Google Voice number for mongering. If a dancer goes bullshit on me and starts jamming me with messages, I can dump the email/phone number and move on.

Have to call BS on such a broad classification. I have met many strippers who are straight, as well as many who are bi and lesbian. Don't confuse who a stripper WILL fuck with who a stripper PREFERS to fuck. If they are good at what they do (i.e.: make your fantasy seem like it could happen) she will convince you she is whatever you think is hottest.
Having said that, my experience is that sex workers are generally much more open to alternate (read: not just straight) lifestyles than those who stay away from the industry.
The term "pay for play" is not limited to male porn stars who are straight.

If you are thinking about retiring in a monger-friendly place, you all need to think globally. There are several places where you can do multiple sessions a day for less than one hour with a high-end stripper or pro in the US.
Take a look at Thailand, Dominican Republic, Curacao, Colombia (but not Venezuela right now!), Philippines, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Shanghai. You can live a reasonably comfortable life in most of these places (including frequent hot 20-30-ish chacas) for $2,000-$3,000 a month.

I have seen it a few times, but always in high-end clubs in major cities.
Unfortunately, I have also seen clubs where you'd think the hiring manager was a chubby-chaser. But to be fair, every guy has thier own standard and type of attraction to women. Some of this skews by culture, some by locale, some by shift (day vs night). But most of the clubs where I've seen dancers plumping up have a self-elimination process when more weight typically (bit not always) results in less earnings.
In California, most clubs are converting from contracted dancers to employees. So this gives the clubs more power to enforce BMI or height/weight proportional rules. But if those rules are ever challenged in court, the club(s) will need to prove it is a bona fide occupational requirement (i.e.: That overweight dancers cannot meet the necessary job requirements). There is precedent for this from the Airlines, where they used to require that stewardesses (this is before "flight attendants") had to stay under a certain weight. The airlines lost because the primary duty of the job was safety, not entertainment or providing "eye candy" to business travelers.
