You did the right thing, Rick. And now you have $400 to spend on a better choice. I usually (not always) won't even try to get an OTC date until we have had at least some ITC fun 1st. That way, I know she's likely to delivery and she knows I'm likely to pay.
But I had to lose several thousand dollars over my 1st 10-ish PL years before I was able to learn the lesson. It's the same in the sugar-dating world, too. If she demands the allowance 1st, we don't have a meeting of the minds and lack the trust needed to have a lasting arrangement. Ironically, when I do have to toss out a 1st time SB for this, I usually head to my nearest extras club and drop "her" allowance on the 1st hot stripper that can get me into VIP for ITC fun.
As for safety when meeting for OTC (or a sugar date), I try to pick a location where I can see her entering the property - and so see how she got there. If it's my home, my Ring cameras tell me everything I need to know. If I'm at a hotel, I'll try to be in the lobby when she arrives, or at least peek down the hallway before I close the door. And of course, LOCK the door, throw the deadbolt, etc. before you get started.

This is more typical in sugar dating. I've taken SB's on short and long trips several times. Most went well, a few were catastrophic failures.
It's important to set expectations before you agree to going:
1. Does she want to go to the desired location?
2. Does she want to go to the desired location WITH YOU?
3. Does she expect you to pay for everything - travel, hotel, food, entertainment, gifts?
4. Does she expect you to compensate her for her time (In sugar dating, this is about how much allowance she will get for her time)
5. Do you expect to get sex on demand, on occasion, or only if she wants it?
6. Do you expect her to share a room with you? Or will you pay for a separate room?
7. Will she need some scheduled time away from you each day?
8. What will you do if she wants to leave early?
9. What will you do if YOU want her to leave early?
10. Can you or can she invite local other women to the party? Do you need to compensate that additional woman?
The more clarity you have about these and anything else you deem important, the better you can predict if it's worth the risk.
And as others have already said, start with a SHORT trip - max 2 nights.
I've taken SB's on overnights to Wine Country, one-week trips to Vegas, and monthlong trips outside the US.
But I've never considered trying with an ATF stripper, unless we had already evolved into a sugar arrangement.
OTC with a stripper is more like hiring a hooker than sugar dating. And as the saying goes: you don't pay a hooker for sex, you pay her to leave after sex.

What fascinates me about this topic is not that billionaires cheat - of course they do - it's how shitty they are about hiding it.
A guy with that much money, ostensibly obtained with his shrewd business savvy, could easily set up a very private process to hook up with as many babes as he can handle. He can afford to hire a "special assistant" to discretely contact potential partners, negotiate rates & services, secure NDA's and book secluded rendezvous locations. If I had billions, I'd hire such a guy, pay him $250k+ a year with bonuses and I'd barely even notice that added expense.
I have worked for billionaires and that is exactly what they did. The last guy I knew did end up getting divorced for infidelity, but that happened when his wife was caught banging one of the home property staff.

I've been sugaring for over 10 years and never caught an STD.
Before I take a new sugar baby to bed, I insist on sharing recent (last 30 days) test results. If she doesn't have a recent test, I offer to pay for new tests, and in some cases have taken her to the lab I use to get my tests. I get tested every 3-4 weeks, even when I'm not sexually active.
In addition, I stated taking PrEP this year and got snipped a while ago, so I feel reasonably safe that my risks are very low. I have a rotation of 6 SB's right now, and that includes active porn stars (who get tested every 2 weeks).
I hate condoms. The biggest risk I have with raw sex is not being able to hold off long enough to drop my boys into my preferred location for that session.

Keep it in my pants when I do OTC. If I were a stripper it would stand for I like big bucks and I can not lie.
There's a reason it's called the "Walk of Shame." Otherwise, we'd be cheering every PL who bolted for the Men's Room when leaving a VIP booth.

The top line for my consideration: Mutual consent is the only absolute requirement. I'm not in a club looking to analyze societal dynamics and I threw out my "Captain Save a Ho" cape a long time ago.
If she's down and I'm down, then it's on. Yes, if I see signs of coercion, trafficking, or worse, I'm out. But that's it. No judgement, no guilt. I like to have sex with beautiful women who agree to have sex with me.

I was there for 3 days in January of this year.
If you just want eye-candy and have a deep budget, all the big-name clubs will do: Sapphire, Rhino, Treasures, etc. Expect to spend a minimum of $500 to get drinks and several moderate-millage dances with super-hot strippers. Tips: DO NOT EVER accept a dance from two-strippers at one time. Total ROB play. Just don't. And watch out for VIP promises that seem too good to be true. Far too many PL's have dropped $1,000's there and gone back to their hotel with blue balls.
If you want a more intimate experience with decent to hot strippers in more chill environment, go with Chicas Bonitas. You can drop $100-$300, in addition to some cheap (for Vegas) beers and get some decent milage (grinding, OTP hands on, feeding, etc.) there in the (occasionally crowded) dance room. Don't expect extras in the club. But if you have game and are not creepy, you might be able to line-up OTC after shift for $400-$700. An alternate to Chicas with the same vibe, but smaller crowd, is The Library. It deceptively looks like an adult book and toy store - because it is. But go to the back and down the hall...
Be sure to agree to VIP costs and (at least general) activities BEFORE you agree to take a VIP.

PUA's are using a well-known scam business model.
It's the same scam that gets used in other areas like real estate and investing.
"I can teach you how to make millions of dollars flipping houses."
"I can teach you how to get a 20% annual return without risk buying art."
"I can teach you how to pick up hot women no matter what you look like."
Just give me thousands of dollars for my secrets and you will be a *guaranteed* winner!
* Winning is not guaranteed. Pay me and then fuck off.
This is why they say: "If it looks too good to be true, it isn't true."

Like any other contact with a stripper, get consent first. I never assume I can do something that we have not explicitly discussed in advance.
A simple "May I kiss you, please?" is all you need. In most cases, she will decline. But you have earned serious trust by asking. Next time, she may be more comfortable with you and your requests. Or she may even ask for or offer something to you.

Passengers get treated differently because of their body shapes all the time. If those same 10kg of tissue were on her gut, waist and ass she might have been forced to buy an extra seat, or not allowed to sit in an exit row.
The justification by the airlines? Safety.
The real reason? Money.
If airlines designed and installed seats and rows in a manner that would accommodate passengers outside of what the airline calls "average" (hint: average only represents about 60% of the population) they would lose total seats that they can sell on each flight. Airline HATE to fly a plan with empty seats!
On over 40 years, I've flown commercial airlines domestically and internationally hundreds of times, and I've never been asked to take off my headphones during the safety announcements, let alone asked to leave the plan.
But I definitely been forced to pay for an extra seat, and I've been forced to move to a different seat due to my size (which includes moobs, yes, but they are much lighter than 10kg).
You can joke about or praise her giant tits, but don't miss the point about the subjective criteria airline workers use to discriminate against people they don't like.

@ilbbaicnl I generally do not write reviews here. I live in the San Fernando Valley and 80% of my clubbing is at local locations.
I've been a Valley PL since 1983, so I have no worries about a bidding war... I've been doing this too long to be affected by PL "competition" for ITC or OTC FS. Experience and a good understanding of each club is the key to finding what you want for the price you are willing to pay when you are ready to get it.

Older than dirt
I'll put it more directly, stripping is sex work. It's legal sex work, just like making porn, but it's still sex work.
If she is serious about retiring from sex work, I would be very cautious about "pushing" her to dance, even at a high-end, presumably clean club!
At this stage of a new relationship, this is the time to support her goals and dreams. I don't suggest you go down any path that could be seen as implying she is not worth or qualified to do something new.
Instead, how about supporting her goals by leveraging your life and professional experiences. Sit with her and look up job ads in the area together - entry level or any level. See if she needs help creating a resume, or maybe she interested in getting more education. Perhaps she has some assets she doesn't realize are convertible to cash or loan collateral? Maybe you have some professional or personal network connections that can employ her without judging her past history?
She probably with you because she values your experience and wisdom. Show her she is correct!

Your question is comparing apples to oranges.
Strippers who provide FS may charge anywhere from $100-$500 plus the cost of dances + VIP access to get you off one time. Your time with her will be limited to one hour or much less (maybe more if OTC).
Sugar Babies get an allowance (anywhere from $250-600 - my average is $325 - depending on market, her "looks," and other factors) per multi-hour meeting - maybe 3 to 8 hours, or occasionally overnight. They do not "charge" per orgasm. I recommend you stay far away from monthly Sugar allowances.
Perhaps a better question to ask is about the experience with a stripper versus a sugar baby. For me, the comparison looks like this:
Stripper - good when I want a hot chick to get me off and then I can wipe up and leave. Worth the $100-$300 tip I may have to pay.
Sugar Baby - good for when I want a real date with a college-age, affectionate, smiling, hottie that lasts several hours and includes GFE or PSE sex one (or more) times during the date. Worth the $250-$600 allowance I will have to pay.
Finally, don't get hung up on Seeking price discounts. Just pay for it and renew every 90 days. Think of it as an annual investment that gets you access to the best Sugar Babies in your area. If you can't afford the (about) $1k annual investment for Seeking, you don't have enough disposable cash to be a long-term Sugar Daddy. I generally keep a rotation of 3 to 5 SB's at any given time. Right now that includes 2 local A-List porn stars (yes, they require more allowance, but not too much). And I always have another 2-3 potential SB's on deck.
Before you join Seeking and start messaging SB's: Do not ever ask for paid sex on the site - ever! That's an instant irrevocable ban from the site. First, search google (or PM me) to find one of the credible Sugar Daddy advice blogs that will coach you on how to vette potentials (there are scammers and poor candidates in the mix along with excellent potentials) and how to stay away from the Ban Hammer.
I've been sugaring for over 10 happy years. And still, sometimes I get that need for a salacious, sweaty BBBJ in VIP as at a club in the San Fernando Valley.
And I'm sorry, @PaulDrake. A sugar daddy's age and looks mean almost nothing. In fact, older guys do much better than younger. I am old and fat, and I pay allowances about 25% under market in my area.

A catch-all account
Have to agree with other comments. This IS a small club and 50-100 PL's + 40-50 dancers is not really possible. My guess is there is only seating for 20-30 PL's and standing room for another 20. If there were 40-50 dancers there, then I would guess that only 10-20 were on the on the floor at any given time. It just won't fit up to 90-150 people on the main floor area.
As to extras at RT, maybe - pre-COVID, day shift, on a Tuesday or Wednesday - that could (ok I should say from personal experience has) happen(ed). And under its previous owners/name it certainly was available - back in the 90's-2010's. You failed to provide useful info on parking at RT: It sucks! There are maybe 12 spaces in the lot. Everyone else parks on the street in this low-light warehouse area.
PL's types in this club skew mostly lower- to middle-income levels, with a decided gang-banger influence since reopening after COVID. Nothing wrong with that. Just understand who is sharing the space with you.
I would not have approved this if I saw it. You can do much better by describing your visit in less ambiguous terms and citing specifics on seating, space, number and types of dancers, etc. If you aren't comfortable formatting logical paragraphs, make it a habit to hit the return/Enter key twice after every 3-5 sentences to add an extra blank line. Then, PLEASE proof read your review before submitting.
Otherwise, good effort. I look forward to your future reviews.

I don't let my partners video me. Not even my Porn Star sugar babies. If you don't want pictures of your dick on the internet, don't take pictures of your dick - ever.
OTOH, if she secretly videotaped me getting a BJ, my dick is so small no one would see it anyway. :p

So... the study found that guys in college like to stare at tits? SHOCKING!
How much money did they spend to find out what could have been observed in a college-town bar for the cost of a beer?

I don't understand the question. Is there a thing called telling a stripper the truth? It's not like strippers never lie. :p
Ok, seriously, I generally never lie, and I always assume anything material that a stripper tells me is a lie (to keep her privacy).
It's like this:
Me: Hi, my name is Herb. I'm a Cat.
Her: Hello Herb, my name is Star, but my real name is Celene ;)
Me: Nice to meet you Celene. I look forward to the day you know me well enough to tell me your real, real name. LOL
Her: That's funny... wanna dance?
Me: Yes, please.
