Just a guess, but the guys probably consented to her recording her blowing or fucking them. Then her ex stole her phone and got the videos and her contact list. The crime is probably the phone theft against her. Not sure if distribution of a consensual video is a crime or not. If he paid for the phone or if it’s in his name?
