So, in summary, the mileage strategy in Vegas is to avoid the clubs with the best looking girls and avoid the most popular times of the day. Come to think of it, that's probably the strategy for any city except Tijuana. The other strategy, which has been suggested, is to avoid Vegas. That would be my suggestion as well.

It is pretty startling what goes on in the online world. People who would otherwise be quiet and judicious will become outspoken and lose self control when they are at the keyboard and free from practical retribution.
I would say, in the face of undeserved insults, turn the other cheek. Who's reputation is sullied? The one hurling invective, or the one patiently ignoring?

Jersey, here's a straight up observation about your preference for a "lingerie dance" club versus one that is topless or all nude. In my experience, lingerie clubs come in only a few variants, none of them very good:
1) the rip off "private lingerie dance" joint; the purpose of which is to con guys into paying high prices for the privilege of jacking off while a girl hands him a roll of paper towels and wiggles around from a safe distance (out of the splash zone).
2) the drink hustle, cuddle and jack joint; the purpose of which is to convince guys that a drink that costs $20, and the middle aged and overweight lady downing ten of those drinks, are all OK 'cuz she fondles him and opines about the other ladies, who are always skankier.
3) the who would want to come to this lame place joint; the purpose of which is to give shy newbies a place to not earn money for 3 weeks as they lose their inhibitions about exposing their boobs, and move on to a real club.

Yeah. I think in this election the contrast is pretty strong. But you still hear a lot of people say "all politicians are the same". I suppose that's true on one level; they do love to embellish.

Fascinating range of advice. Just a couple of observations.
1) Effective negotiation technique is well known. First, don't act is if you care (too much). Second, establish your walk-away position before you start haggling. Then, figuratively, walk away.
2) Getting a girl OTC should be easy, or it's not gonna be any good. In my experience, girls either say yes pretty quickly and without much drama, or they put you through hell. (Even the ones who say yes quickly sometimes put you through hell. Why do we do this?)
This girl gave you her number to get you back in the club. She's not giving you anything OTC except blue balls.
Now what happens back in the club with her? Now that you have the OTC "bug", your relationship with her is problematical. Wishful thinking wont make it happen. For me, if I wanted OTC, I would move on to another girl. This is the equivalent of the walk away. If girl 1 changes her mind, let her come to you (more wishful thinking).

The best club was the first club I ever went to, Thee Doll House in Orlando. Just an average place, but the experience changed the way I thought about business trips.
When I was going through estrangement and separation from my first wife, the dancers and bartenders at Bandaids (Phoenix) kept me distracted, and did so without abusing my wallet (too much). Good bar to be a regular.
Best club to meet up with Tuscl_Bro was the Blue Diamond (Columbus, OH, R.I.P.) First time there, said hello, got a beer, went out to the back deck, got a blow job. Quality? Don't ask.
I agree the Mons is overrated. But if I am visiting Tampa, I will go to the Mons. Best stimulation of the visual cortex - compact and crawling with lovely fully naked women.
Honorable mentions to:
The Hiliter (Phoenix) - balances all the factors just right
The Play House (Detroit, R.I.P.) - great place for dinner and a lapdance
Vic's Place (Irvington, NJ) - Black booty in the Hood. Authentic and raunchy.
Ratsky (Dubai) - OK, not a strip club. A bar with live music, and the most delightful collection of filipinas...but I digress.

The majority of guys are like you. They put a premium on the girls' attractiveness. So go to the home page of this web site and look on the right side. Hey, it's the top 10 clubs!
Now, unless you have a special fondness for Latinas (and a hankering to visit Tijuana) then the cities to visit are: Dallas, Phoenix, Miami, Tampa. I think there are beautiful women everywhere, but these cities have a few things in common: a good mix of white, black and Latina women; decent lap dance rules (value for money); plentiful sunshine and sexy tan lines.
However, how much money do you have? Ever hear of a place called Bangkok?

Actually, Phoenix clubs not so good for extras. Most of the highly rated clubs are simply lap dance factories. The girls make good money without doing extras.
Obviously there are exceptions. All of the clubs are friskier than they were a few years ago. Blue Moon and Bandaids are reliable for HJ's. Is Mustang Sallys still hanging in there? It's a dive, but extras can be had.

Consider 2 scenarios for a decent looking 18 year old girl with an average intellect:
1) Invest $150 in an outfit and shoes; strip for 15 years, pulling in $50k tax free per year; save and invest.
2) Borrow $30 to 40k, get a Bachelors degree, get a job at age 22 with starting salary $30k less taxes; save less, invest less, slowly move up; work for 30 years with an ending salary of $100k less taxes..
I should power up Excel and run these out, but my instinct tells me option 1) is not irrational. The phrase "save and invest", however, may be irrational as it applies to most strippers.

Rick, you called it. I believe most guys use the term whore as a pejorative, not for the sake of accuracy. I will leave it up to the amateur psychologists to speculate about that.
I also find the original question of little use, given the range of behaviors women and men are capable of. Where do you draw the line And why do you want to draw it?

My SO was a stripper. She did not declare her income. Then, she decided to go to the State university. I filed back taxes for 2 years, and filed the current year for her so she could qualify for in-State tuition. It was worth it.

I think about my old favs all the time. The mind has a wonderful ability to suppress the bad stuff. Accordingly my memories are pretty good. However, in the case of two of the ladies, I lost touch with them suddenly and I am plagued by worries. One was bipolar and had early onset diabetes (not caused by obesity), and the other simply couldn't keep a place to live. I would love to know they are OK.
