    Changes
I dislike the new look for the following reasons: 1) Club review format- I very much liked having 10 reviews per page laid out in front of me, and being able to tell in a quick glance the grades given to club, AND the number of reviews/different clubs reviewer has under their belt. New format is a much more arduous process, having to wade through each individual review. NEW LOOK LESS USER FRIENDLY for getting overview, and more focussed glance at desired club. 2) Loss of search function. Like to type in club, or user and go directly to them. I implore everyone who feels as I do to PM founder, and repeat what you posted here. If founder is reading this, I have one question: WHY New Format?

    An Etiquette Question
Two questions, jack: 1) Are you tall ?2) Do you consider yourself to be a good rebounder in basketball, or good at catching ball in a crowd at football ? If you can answer "yes" to both questions, then you should absolutely go to the wedding!! Your "star" moment should come at the traditional bouquet & garter toss. Make very sure that you're the one to catch the garter. As you put the garter on the bouquet catcher, place a bunch of dollar bills in garter, and yell at crowd to do the same!

What do you do for fun, other than visit strip clubs?
^^^^^- Then just go to youtube.com, type in "blazing saddles play chess" in space provided by YT- that worked for me. I hate having to type those prolix links anyway...

A strip club icon comes to it's end.
I too enjoyed several visits there over the years. This, and Century closing a few years ago (parking garage being built on former site) make it 2 LAX relics fading away. Please write a review, or better yet, an article that chronicles the span of all your visits, lopaw. As long as nobody messes with "Proud Bird", I won't be too sad............

I've spent a fair ammount of time in both places- you putting "value" in the same sentence as LA gave me a chuckle. I'm assuming availability of high contact nude laps is on your wish list. If so, be prepared for a higher cash burn rate. Topless LD's are the norm in much of the clubs there, nude laps are $40 and up, with several clubs clipping songs, some to as little as 2 minutes. Topless laps are mostly $20, though some DV clubs in area have $10 specials. If you're looking for mileage, take the extra 30 mile or so drive from downtown into valley for the COI clubs. If Mons- like eye candy is desired, 4 Play and Bare Ellegance are the clubs for that.

    The Deja Vu Chain
CTQ- Mixed bag here. While I know walking into a DV club that a certain minimum standard is going to be met, DV's have never been on the top of my wish list. Mainly for the cheesiness issues that you brought up. Blue light special atmosphere can wear thin very fast. Many DV's are in areas with no/little meaningful competition. In those areas that do have a lot of other choices (i.e., Tampa, greater Los Angeles area) I've passed up the DV's there for plethora of other choices- haven't set foot in one in those areas in over 5 years.

Deja Vu club closing in Clermont (Cincinnati)
CTQ- I was being a bit facetious. There are many cities of equal or smaller size than Cincy that have more to offer the monger than a single Deja Vu club (cough cough), and a few sh#^thole clubs across the river. If you're going to consider Dayton part of Cincy, then you almost might as well consider Tampa part of Orlando, or Los Angeles part of San Diego, or Baltimore part of Va. suburbs, etc. , etc. (note- I am not a big fan of Deja Vu clubs. )

Deja Vu club closing in Clermont (Cincinnati)
The sad thing is, when the loss of a Deja Vu club would be a "big loss" for a particular city (as is the case with Cinci), then an already stripclub Siberia is made all the more "frigid"................

What % of your paycheck goes 2 strip clubbing ?
Tis the season for giving, I'm here to help: @motorhead- I hear there's a "church" just outside Houston city limits called St. James that has worship services more up your alley. @rick- Yeah, that period between 4th Wed., and 2nd Wed is tough. I have some ideas for other sources during this dry spell, but it requires some leg work on your part. Do some networking with contacts to find out where widows of "good" corporate pensioners live who got survivorship benefits, and seek them out. These folks get paid on the first of the month. Better yet, seek out those who got giant lump sum distribution. Happy Hunting!

    Unpublished Stories
IMO, this isn't anything to get butt-hurt over. Consider that writers who depend upon selling articles, or books, for putting bread on the table experience multiple rejections prior to getting one acceptance. You can always post "rejected" writings in regular post section, or start your own blog. Then sit back, and watch the accolades come rolling in. I personally would hate to see you go, but if you do, please leave pictures up. They make a very nice, fitting legacy.

    Shadowcat Appreciation!
IMO, Hero is an oft overused phrase. Taken in the context of pro sports, or stripclubbing, its useage pales in comparison to the unsung heroes out there. Now that I got that out of the way: I wholeheartedly agree with OP's spirit/intent. If I had to pick someone as first inductee into "tuscl hall of fame", shadowcat would get my vote. I have had the pleasure of meeting him, he is a true relic. ( I mean that in a good way.) I say this in that besides his tuscl deeds/contributions, he may sadly be amoung the last of a dying breed: Someone who has been with the **same** company for 42 years, and able to retire with pension intact. (** Went through 2 mergers, but, afaik, didn't have to fill out a new application, and interview all over again)

    Dancers using TUSCL
Add another 1 to the curious list. However, I could see some dancers not wanting to answer questions 1 & 3. Some might not want to give out their stage name or club/dancing schedule. I would think some wouldn't mind stating why they joined tuscl, number of years in business, and maybe the types of clubs they've worked at.

Brad's Brass Flamingo - Indianapolis, Indiana
I personally don't get too wrapped up on how a club moves up or down on T10 (or T100) scale. Bottom line- BBF has always been the highest rated Indy club. For many people in Indy (resident or visitor) BBF is the go to place. Several vocal MI posters have made it manifestly obvious that a club rated higher than their local clubs won't induce them to make a special drive there, because they're getting what they want where they live. Likewise, I'll take a lower rated Tampa club over an Orlando club with a higher grade any day of the week- Orlando grades merely reflect which club Orlando residents/visitors prefered over other nearby choices. Lastly, the vast majority of Tuscl reviewers never/very rarely post on this discussion board. So, "we" (ie- active board posters) really don't know what their priorities are. Many may not be "extras seekers", or even avid club goers.

Despite the constant negative press covfefe.
Customers that are always expecting tons of mileage and/or extras
To OP- This is a site for and by stripclub customers. Most, if not all, want the best bang for their dollars. This is the information age,and global economy, JJ. If you were to buy a car, and read about all the fantastic discounts your neighbors and coworkers have been getting, would you happily walk into a dealer, and pay sticker price? So it goes with the stripclub business model, and expecting people to be content with "just a tease". Stripclubs are part of the sex industry, with lines of distinction being blurred between the different segments of the industry.

Any $20 High Mileage Laps in Seattle Area?
pp- I have yet another suggestion. Try Pming "nola manager" or "mediocrity" with your question. Afaik, both are Deja Vu managers at a DV club in Seattle. They're a husband/wife team who post(ed) on the pink site. I'm sure they'll give you a piece of their mind if they're still monitoring Tuscl. Pay special attention to nolas article. If that doesn't work, may I suggest going to travel/airline websites for a low fare road trip.........

Correction: End of second sentence should read- "aren't on T100 list anymore". Lastly, Gatorfan is at 4%, not even in the running.

26% here, as of today. Five of those clubs I visited prior to Tuscl membership, with some absences over 10 years. Some clubs that I've been to before aren't on T100 list. Virtually all T100 clubs I've been to, I would return to, though have varying degrees of enthusiasm about making a special, go out of my way for trip to the club(s).
