    Bady Dolls in Dallas
It has been 9 years since I last visited Baby Dolls- Dallas. Even today, the thing that stood out the most for me was the cornucopia like feeling that club exudes more so than any other club I've been to. I suspect that Tootsies- Miami has the same effect. Just the combination of wall to wall dancers, a lot going on, 2 stories of fun. OP, by all means give it a shot. If nothing works out there, there's a Waffle House within short walking distance where you can troll.

What percent of strippers are in the profession because they have a debilitating
@BJ99; I ask just to wrap my finger around your background for the posts you've made. Don't you know that avid strip club patrons have an inquisitive mind ?

@BJ99- What "regular" (eg, non-stripping) job do you presently hold, if any ? (general position, line of work) One angle not touched yet is that some jobs/professions require an initial drug screening test. I suspect that many dancers would not pass the screening. Ditto for jobs requiring be subject to random drug tests.

@Clubber: To be clear, I meant the farmerarts, etal who were singled out by prior posters, NOT the entire group of members listed in the top 40 trusted. Some of those I'd like to see the door knob hit them in the butt hard on the way out.

79t: One article estimated that Bullitt Mustang would be priced between a GT Premium with Performance Package (~$45K) and a base GT350 Shelby (~$59K).

Good list, fellas. All made tuscl experience more rewarding and enjoyable by their contributions. One member not mentioned is "Dudester". Several years back, 1 of his relatives (brother or cousin) posted that Dudester had been hospitalized due to a real bad accident. I fear the worst may have befallen him.

OT: musings on Adulting and savings (long)
I'm with stripfighter in that there is some missing puzzle pieces. $60K income, a $600/mo "pad" under max mortgage/car payment limits, frugal on groceries yet OP is cash strapped. I'm with meat72 in that you'd best see a financial adviser to map out your future moves. If you read my earlier post carefully, I said that you need tuneups on the offense (seek additional income), and defense alike ( identify spending items that you can cut, and have the discipline to follow through on them). This thread is starting to look like a SJG novel. @meat72- I never represented myself as a qualified financial advisor. I merely responded to OP's question with advice/guidelines that have worked for me. I'm not a licensed meteorologist either, but I think I could tell OP to have an overcoat, wool cap, and well insulated gloves on tap in Cleveland this month.

D77: Boy, it sure sucks being 40 going on 25. It'll suck even more being 50 or 60 going on 25. Ignore those posters who chide you for being too late to think about financial growing up. You need to focus on things that you can do to increase income, and cut expenses. Through all this white noise, I haven't spotted anything about your housing expenses, or if you're a renter or homeowner. I'll leave with some useful targets to shoot for. 1) If renting, don't spend more than 25% of your income on rent 2) If homeowner, don't let your mortgage payment, car payments, (or any other regular fixed monhly credit payment) exceed 36% of income. For your circumstances, those magic numbers are ~ $1250/mo for rental, $1800/mo for mortgage/car payments/other fixed credit payments. Shoot for those goals, striving to keep as far below those figures as possible. That might entail some downsizing/downscaling. Best wishes.

LOL at the participation medals suggestion. Picture this: Tuscl conventions will look like a gathering of tinhorn dictators with everyone wearing a bunch of medals. Some will have so many medals, they'll have to pin them to their shorts.

    Contri Levels and Rating Weightings
I agree with rick and mjx, yet can see how tweaking one key metric can screw up another metric. When it comes to CLUB REVIEWS, I personally give more weight to more recent ones (say, within the last 1-3 months) vs reviews over 3 years old. Applying the same metric to a reviewers contribution level is not an apples to apples correlation, as I feel many contributions over a long period of time should count for something. I'm not sure that factoring in the number of clubs reviewed would be an accurate metric either. Say you have 2 reviewers who have reviewed 20 different clubs. One lives in a large city metro area, another is a travelling salesman from a small metro area but has reviewed the same number of clubs in 10 different metro areas. I would give more credence to the later who has a broader perspective on things.

Where to go for next birthday trip: Tampa again or Miami (1st time)?
Go to Miami, just to say you've been there. If I lived in Orlando, I'd be going to Tampa a lot more often than just a December trip.

    Links to Club Web Sites?
As of a few minutes ago, didn't see any links for club website at all. (Checked 3 different clubs). I did see a phone# link, apparently there for linking to a mobile device to call club.

    Tampa: Mons or Odyssey?
Try them both. Submitting 2 reviews will get you an extra 8 weeks VIP membership. As many have mentioned, both clubs are non-smoking. Another suggestion for returning the favor: Scores is also within walking distance. Give that a try, and get another 4 weeks for reviewing that. Lastly, I'd really like to know if their steak dinners are worthwhile, could you please lmk how their steak is ?.

    2018 Resolution for TUSCL users
A laudable goal, but first certain weeds must be pulled up by the roots. Back to topic: One of my resolutions is to visit at least 1 new club in 2018 outside my usual comfort zone.

    Memories vs $$$
Impala +1. As we go through life (at least a sizable plurality of Tusclers) with a "spend some, save some" approach, we develop a comfort zone on how much money to put in rainy day and retirement funds. If not clubbing, we'd find something else to spend it on. Since this is a hypothetical thread, I'll expound on it some. I'll take most of the memories, but take the money I saved from bailing sooner from crappy club visits, and putting the dough I saved into Amazon, etal, stock on the early phases of their rocket ride. Then I'd spend it on more strip club visits.

"What do you guys think." I think you're bored with the South FL club scene, what with all the reviews you've submitted since 2015. I'd say you're a prime candidate for a "new adventure." May I suggest going to Phoenix, and checking out a certain tuscl member who owns a car wash with a power wand sprayer.

    Respectable Level Below Whale
I'd like to think that spending at a "minnow level" would be a respectable level below a whale. I suspect that a true bona fide whale makes more in interest/dividend income than a lot of people make from their regular salary, so he can afford to piss away a bunch of $$$$. Meanwhile, I'll just wait for someone to go over to the pink site, and see what spending level strippers think would make one a whale.
