    Cleveland and Detroit Recommendations
Here's an overview. *Amber Lounge (near airpport)--God contact. But understand everything is out in the open. *Christies (downtown)--very upscale. Some nice contact if you choose the right dancer. Private dance rooms available for $75 during day shift. Fun, but you can find more consistency elsewhere. *Bugsy's-Elyria (25 miles west of Cleve on I-80 Turnpike)--Very downscale, almost a dive bar but not quite as they have a stage, private dance cubicles and a VIP area. Girls range from fuglie to hot but only a few great lookers. Good for some friendly girl-next-door fun from hungry dancers in a bad economy. Usually not very crowded. *Crazy Horse Men's Club (east side, Miles exit of I 480)--a small Gentlemen's Club. What I like about it is you can get a dance in a private room for $150 during day shift. YMWV but can be fun hunting. Kind of stiff in atmosphere, not as laid back as other places. *Hustler Club (downtown) Very upscale Gentlemen's Club if that's what you like. Private dance cubicles. Some decent but not wild contact, but with cameras. I don't recommend it, but you might like it. *Alibi Inn (east edge of downtown)--I only mention it because someone above referred to it. Not worth the visit. Just remember, this isn't Detroit. For great contact/extras, you can't beat Detroit.

Steelers' Ward, Taylor deny strip club rumor
It's like TMZ and the rest of the media are acting out as controlling wives or girlfriends demanding to know what their men have been doing in their spare time. How silly of adults to act that way to make a living.

How do you politely tell a dancer you are not interested?
I've use all of these tactics at one time or another. 1. Smile and give the standard reaction: "I'm waiting for ..." 2. Use body language. Turn away from her if she's too impolite to acknowledge your stated preference. 3. Excuse youself to tip someone else, on stage or even on the floor. She should get the message. 3. Let the bartender help. Call over the bartender or waitress and tell her..."I'm waiting for (XXX), will you tell her I'm ready to buy her a drink? She should get the point, But if the unwanted one wants to horn in after this, just say no and turn away. 4. If she's too dumb to move, leave and go find another spot. 5. For the self-appointed groupie type: smile, be polite, say no if you have to, and then ignore her, keeping a seat open for someone else.

    Never freakin' fails
Yes, you can even see them coming sometimes and you immediatley say to yourself....'oh no, please don't sit next to me right now'..and then she does! Standard line: "I'm waiting for ..." Say it with a smile. If she's the ignorant type, say it with a frown and stand up so she gets the message.

    rules of disengagement?
georgemicrodong: I know! I hate it when she goes one way and I turn another while my dick is still in her mouth. Back to the OP--spend your quality time with her before the VIP. Unless she's your ATF, expect that she needs to move on and make more money after your VIP session. After all, she's working, right?

It would be great if his "studio" venues had stadium seating for the curious public or traveling voyeur. Sometimes beach vacations need a little shaking up.

Average turnover for strippers - 3-6 months?
True average, way to low. Maybe a median average of 2-3years on the whole which would correct for the vets and lifers and those who quit right away because they couldn't cut it.

I would also say 'no' assuming it's an extras friendly club, or at least a high contact friendly club. It's the contact vs. extras boundary that usually dictates what I do or get away with, not necessarily how private it is.

Hey, we're trying to thin the herd and find the best ones. Thanks for sharing your experience GMD. It all gets back to the "interview" concept we've talked about so much. A little probing with words first can save a lot of time and money.

    Strippers prefer FS over BJs...
Shadowcat and Rick are right about girls preferring fucking to BJs, but mainly in those clubs where they have to be careful, in other words, where YMWV...because it's so easy to hide it all under a good lap dance. But where extras are a sure thing, the BJ is always the entry level model and usually offered first. If you want to updrade, you ask for more options and pay more, just like a car.

    Ooh-ooh, that smell...
"Club outfit." lol. Me too. There's only certain clothes I want to wear in strip clubs and I get them in the wash as soon as I can. Sometimes the combination of sweat, stripper perfume and sex even lingers in the car so I'm spraying the car to keep business colleagbues who aren't in the hobby from being overcome.

Strategy when you know you are going to vip...
It's good to be picky. But it's even better that the dancers know you are picky. That means they realize they will need to meet your expectations. That perception helps them self-qualify, thinning the herd of a few you don't want to be bothered with.

    TUSCL's #6 Rated Club: Spyce
That type of customer breeds bad attitudes in dancers. There should be a Strip Club Academy where you lear how to have fun and how not to upset the applecart.

OK this is a little weird but how much is an acceptable tip for this
You don't have to tip them if you're buying them a drink(s). Try to find the dancers who want to have a conversation and spend time with them. They are the ones looking for some diversion from the craziness around them. They're not hard to find. The problem with that is--giving up being part of the craziness. As Rick says, if it's a slow day or you are the only one in the club, no, you don't have to tip them. But if you spend say half the shift or longer with someone, common courtesy might dictate that you give her something because she hasn't made any money.
