All the hustlers want a 40 per dance rate, but can only enforce it on nights when the club's packed. I live in central Texas, and have been clubbing consistently for the past 5 years; I have only experienced dancers refusing negotiations for under 40 on weekend nights.
Our wallets and spare income is what the dancers are after. So don't settle for egregious rates if it's out of your range; just understand that you'll likely be labeled as cheap within the community of dancers local to the club. If your area is prone to segrating against your ethnicity you'll probably have club management team up with the dancers to run a scam on you. As always have the self control to walk away from the club before you get scammed.

In my area the only club with white strippers who aren't ghetto is located next to the states biggest uni. Idk if I've seen a non ghetto white stripper at any of my usual hangs in the past couple years. I'd assume that population has moved into virtual sex work or escorting/ sugar babying.

Always keep your options open. The services were seeking isn't unique to a single provider, and therefore they shouldn't be charging more than market standard rates.
The only argument for staying committed to a regular provider would be if you're married and need someone who is both discreet and flexible with your schedule.
Otherwise I'd seriously doubt that there's any stripper who can suck dick any better than another.
I've had several OTC encounters at this point and can say that the initial thrill of full service dies down after the second or third visit and becomes as dull(?) As ITC services after the third.
Just my experience. Yours may differ if you're not living in a city with an overabundance of clubs and providers at said clubs.

The only reason management would have skrippa's backs over yours is if you are a nonwhite living in the biblebelt or if you didn't give management a 20$ tip.
As for what you can do yourself to keep from getting hustled is stop her after two dances and pay her, then continue more dances. Ive found that tactic to be good for testing the waters with new dancers or dancers whom I suspect are hustlers/ flakes.
You should always define the expectations and prices for the dances before having her start. If she seems too good to be true, shes likely a flake.
As for being too nice; you gotta keep in mind that the women who do sex work VOlUnTARILY have some kind of delusional belief that allows them to earn without shame and stigma. We're effectively dealing with a bipolar creature whose goal is to maximize earnings via sex work whilst expending the least energy. To that end when they find young guys, or new to hustle culture, they'll absolutely take advantage of their naivety.
Don't make yourself feel inappropriately guilty for setting standards for return on the money you're willing to spend. To that end you must accept that sometimes you'll just have to walk away with blue balls.

Also it never hurts to give the shift manager a $20 each visit. I've been doing that at my regular clubs and I've never had management not have my back when dancers tried to hustle me.
