If you're accounting for being approached, then sitting in the high traffic areas are good. I've always found it better to approach the dancer I want, proposition, get a test dance in the public area and then go to vip or move to another dancer. This method will bring over the "1 dance papi?" dancers anyways and is an overall more time efficient system.

Depends on the club, most likely yes. Get to know said baby stripper. If she's not new to stripping, if she's doing the job to supplement tuition expenses, if she's transient, then she's likely to perform ITC vs OTC for the right customer.
The red flags for newbies (imo) are: if she's new to the hustle, looks like she enjoys the same privilege as a white Christian woman would in the bible belts.
