The end of game brain cramp by Smith with 4.5 seconds left was not his only one that contributed to Cavs loss. At end of 1st half when Durant pulled the rebound and passed to Curry with 2 seconds left on clock, instead of guarding Curry, Smith stupidly went for the steal and whiffed and left Curry unguarded and with 0.5 seconds left Curry made the 38-foot shot to tie it up. Big time blow it, as pointed out by Mark Jackson on the telecast.
I hope NBA doesn't suspend Thompson so that Cavs fans have nothing to bitch about.

Had to go to a courthouse today. Saw lots of female attorneys but not one was "super hot, nicely dressed." Do the legal profession a favor Nina and get licensed in all 50 states and make regular appearances in all.

That I’ve had:
-McD chicken sandwich like 20 years ago - bread, mayo, chicken - gross, have not been back to McD since.
-BL Whopper - belly buster. Similarly, never returned to BK after.
I’ve only seen and will not touch:
-Anything on those heated rolling units at convenience store.
-Jack in the box tacos. Random described them so well.

So true. I'm just starting to dip my toe in OTC water, and dancer I'd spent money on several times when I asked for OTC, first thing out of her mouth was a guarded, "yes but you'll still come see me ITC right?"
Are you being strung along? Yes. Is OTC viable with her? Possibly, but like others have said, be more direct in the request and you'll be closer to finding out. Unless of course you're really satisfied with friend zone breakfast.

I've had the fleeting thought of it, for the fringe benefits and amazing views, but that dissipated quickly.
The novelty would wear off quickly I presume. Most of the long term managers and bouncers I see appear ambivalent to the whole scene.

This thread turned into one of the more interesting discussions I've seen in a while. I'd like to know what actually goes on "behind the scenes" in management - what the rules are, how they're enforced, what ways big earners are treated different than medium or low earners. Also would be interesting to know what % of clubs or what regions there's pressure to suck or fuck management to keep job.
Ishmael put it pretty well: "Managers, customers, and dancers all have an agenda. I don't think those agendas align very often."
What club manager who GMD spoke to said surprised me a bit - that regulars aren't the real bread and butter, but rather the guys who come in looking for the fantasy. Indeed the times I've seen big money being thrown around at higher end clubs, it ain't the regulars doing it.

I've seen stranger things on TV in club - this past February club I was in played Olympics mens figure skating final - male athletes with makeup doing twirls and jumps. I was cracking up on it talking with bartender and dancer and they said before opening club manager took a workers poll and they said yes put it on.

Are the Celtics really this good? If they had Kyrie and Gordon Hayward on the floor they'd be shockingly good - if they make the finals, and even without those guys, they look capable of giving Warriors or Rockets a run.
