    Vacation
Never been, but based on this FKK Article https://www.tuscl.net/article.php?id=52232, FKK is where I'd go for PL "vacation" for these reasons: (1) price of travel and girls seems very reasonable; (2) relaxed, non-SC atmosphere, as opposed to what I expect HK TJ would be like with the hustle and quickie arribas (also never been to TJ clubs - I definitely like SCs and the music and the scene, just not for "vacation", and a trip to TJ would be an overnight thing and not a many night thing); (3) I checked out the girls on a few FKK websites and they're definitely my preference - I like Latinas just fine but no interest in Thailand, I don't got the fever; and (4) I'd take the opportunity do some traveling in Germany while there - I've been to northern Baja plenty in college days and have no interest in vacationing there. FKK ain't in my near future but sounds fun as hell.

I've only once tried to pry a dancer away from a guy. Was like 6 months ago and a girl I'd never been with but had my eye on and wanted to get some dances cuz it was nearing closing time. She was standing at bar with guy she'd just finished a room with and I asked floor manager I'm acquainted with to whisper to her there's someone else waiting for you. She deferred to guy she was with and the said no I wanna still hang out, so didn't get with her that night but no big deal I was in same town a few more days and went back next night and got what I wanted. Wish I'd thought of asking the waitress/shot girl to whisper to her, woulda been more sexy even though it would've resulted in same no answer (I'll remember that next time). All that to say, I don't speak directly to girls when they're clearly taken, but if it's a girl I know and want to pry away I'll brush past and touch her or make eye contact and most often a few minutes later she's at my table instead and if not no big deal I'm off to the next girl that interests me. Fast forward with the original girl who I now could label a CF - it amuses me when some guy cruises by table we're at and greets her with goal to pry her away cuz I know she won't be leaving and he'll be cooling his heels til I'm done which is probably closing time anyway. It's never been more than a 2 sentence greeting - if it persisted longer than that I'd tell him to shove off. Or on the other hand if she did depart she'd likely lose CF status and the coin that accompanies it.

    Moral Dilemma
What are you going to do with the info or video - i.e, if he goes to fire you for reason unrelated to banging his daughter, you're going to say to him better not or I'm going to revenge porn your daughter by posting on the internet? Might save your job, might not, but do you really want to be that guy? Pretty easy options really. If you value your 6 figure job over the boss finding out about you banging his daughter, shut it down. If you'd rather bang his daughter despite the risk of boss finding out, then bang away.

    Inverted nipples
@doctorevil - so, you've occasionally viewed inverted nipples. But have you seen a shorn scrotum resulting from ritualistically shaved testicles? as you say, it's pretty standard stuff from a typical childhood.

Funny, when you're on this board long enough (for me it's a year), you see the same discussion topics cycle around. Here's my MO, giving more info than what OP inquired about: Front right pocket: Money clip containing 4 cards (license, credit, debit, and AAA). Bills $5 and up go in money clip. Front left pocket: Phone and breath mints. Phone goes in back pocket or somewhere close during dances. Back left pocket: condoms Back right pocket: whatever wad of $1s I haven't already tossed on stage. I do this because it's highly likely I'm going to be buzzed at some point in club and I don't wanna be fumbling around in multiple pockets to find what I'm looking for.

If she walks away smiling, you spent too much.
Would you ever let a hustle play out knowing that you weren't going to pay the g
This all sounds so weird, her dancing topless a "little bit" and you touching, with apparently no words being exchanged on whether she's charging or whether you're paying. Something's off here. I'd have assumed that there'd be some charge for the topless touching and I would have cleared it up so as to avoid the highly predictable subsequent hassle.

Do you make conversation with SC employees?
Female bartenders: Always engage in some conversation, brief when the club is busy and more when the club is uncrowded. Have gotten to know a few personally a little bit (where they grew up, family, etc.) - of those, sometimes get a comped drink and have occasionally been asked if I wanna wait around til after closing to get a dance. Never say have you considered dancing or you're so hot you should dance - they hear it every nite and are tired of it. Table waitresses: always pleasant, no effort at conversation unless I'm sitting with a girl and buying her a drink, then I engage in minor conversation with waitress and girl at same time. Girl at front collecting cover charge: Always minor chit chat, sometimes tell em a joke, sometimes it gets me in free. Door guy: Sometimes if I've never seen them, always if they know who I am, especially if they've previously shooed me in without having to pay cover. Floor bouncers: Sometimes if I don't know them. Always if they recognize me, especially those who I've slipped a few bucks to send a particular girl over. Guy who controls the VIP section: Always. Sometimes they are a source of good intel on girls. Some I know better than others, and if you know get to know em a little bit it results in extension of time if you're paying for time rather than paying for # of dances. DJ: only on rare occasion where I slip em a few bucks to get a girl I like up on stage, and if I appreciate DJ's taste in music I tell em at that time. Toilet trolls: silence or a brief hey how you doin.

    Strippers: Employees or Contractors?
If Amazon Flex is a delivery company, this new California case applies because that case involves a delivery company that hired delivery drivers as independent contractors. I know nothing about the Uber business model, but as justme62 said with the lawyers winning big you can bet the lawyers will be looking into it on Uber and other gig economy businesses

@Impala: "What actually surprises me is that (especially in California) that stripper (I'm sorry, dancers) haven't unionized." That would be quite a group of cats to herd.

    Strippers: Employees or Contractors?
It'll be interesting to see whether clubs can successfully lobby legislators to have state government create an agency that licenses dancers in the industry to immunize clubs prospectively from this court ruling - that would probably fix it but I'm guessing that, especially in light of Fosta-Sesta passing, there won't be a lot of legislators lining up to vote yes on that legislation.

    Strippers: Employees or Contractors?
^@25 You are correct the construction industry is mostly exempt from this court ruling, and that's primarily because exempt construction subcontractors have licenses allowing them to engage in construction trades, but if one of those licensed subs tries to treat its own non-licensed workers as contractors instead of employees then that sub is going to get nailed for misclassifying those non-licensed people as contractors instead of employees. Now, if the stripper has a work permit issued by a city or county that requires dancers to have permits, that's going to help the club in the analysis but a permit like that is just a local thing and not a state issued license that will immunize the club from the contractor versus employee distinction.

    Strippers: Employees or Contractors?
^@Impala For sure strippers have historically been independent contractors and you make good point about working conditions and payment of house fees that will be in club's favor. The tip thing won't work in club's favor - by analogy, waitresses get tips for service provided at restaurants and they're definitely employees not contractors, at least in Calif. What's going to happen in California resulting from this court decision is that labor lawyers are going to gather strippers (especially strippers no longer working at particular club) and file class actions seeking all sorts of damages: overtime wages, wages for unpaid rest breaks and meal breaks, and Labor Code penalties for nonpayment of wages and not providing itemized wage stubs. The hammer in California is that if the stripper wins and is retroactively classified as employee, then club will get nailed for not just the wages but the class action attorneys fees. Wage litigation in California is the new asbestos - this is going to be a big deal.

    Strippers: Employees or Contractors?
^@Liwet Agreed that A works in club's regarding floor dances and private dances and what the dancer does or doesn't do in those dances. But I think A works against club in regard to dancer scheduling and fining dancers for not showing up and also in regard to main stage dances where dancer has to get on stage when called. As for B, you have a point with B working in club's favor with the club pitching itself as a bar that sells alcohol or not and just so happens to have a stable of independent contractor dancers that strip their clothes off, but vulnerability there is that clubs call themselves strip clubs not bars. As for C, stripping has been conducted for decades an established independent occupation and that works in club's favor but under this court ruling the historical distinction breaks down if the dancer works at only one club and doesn't do bachelor parties on the side or work for multiple clubs.

    Strippers: Employees or Contractors?
This case is a big deal for many industries including strip clubs. California Supreme Court describes the ABC test for determining valid independent contractor status versus default setting of employee status as: "Under this test, a worker is properly considered an independent contractor to whom a wage order does not apply only if the hiring entity establishes: (A) That the worker is free from the control and direction of the hirer in connection with the performance of the work, both under the contract for the performance of such work and in fact; (B) That the worker performs work that is outside the usual course of the hiring entity’s business; and (C) That the worker is customarily engaged in an independently established trade, occupation, or business of the same nature as the work performed for the hiring entity. C works in the club's favor. A and B do not.
