Not sure that's accurate. Section 8 tenant's co-pay tends to be low based on Section 8 criteria (10% of monthly gross income, or 30% of adjusted gross, etc.) I've only seen a few Section 8 tenant leases and vouchers, but on the ones I've seen the the copay ranged $100 to $200. But I suppose even that is high enough for some landlord-tenant sex barter

Family and relatives? No. Parents, siblings and cousins don't know. None of them accompany me (wouldn't want parents with me anyway), some of them would look down on it, and others wouldn't be able to keep their mouths shut, so no point in sharing.
Totally OT of OP's question re friends but I'll go there anyway. There's 4 pals I've clubbed with, and upsides and downsides have been:
1) First guy lives far away but in years after his divorce we'd go when he was occasionally in town. He's got an alcohol problem, one time got kicked out of a club, another time lost his wallet at club, other times he would just disappear and he'd ultimately appear back at hotel after 3am. Other problem linked to alcohol problem is alcohol lubricates his jaw and can't keep mouth shut when piss drunk. He's now remarried and occasionally goes with his wife (rail tipping only, she'd be jealous of him getting dances) and with his son but because none of them can keep mouths shut I don't go with them and don't cop to it when he asks me if I still go.
2) 2nd guy lives few states away and we club when I business travel in his city. Great fun to club with and his lips are sealed, wish I had opportunity to get to his city more often.
3) 3rd guy clubbed once w me, we had a great time. Says dying to to again but won't because he's weighed risk and his marriage would be over. Found out later his phone has share my location with his wife and all kids, I said you dumbass if we ever go again your phone stays at work or in car.
4) 4th guy is main clubbing pal, we go whenever in each other's city. He could have joined me the one time I went to TJ but didn't because was too freaked out about the border, too bad for him because it was great fun and he speaks Spanish.

While driving yesterday was listening to a radio re-broadcast of the Giants-Tigers World Series game 4. Giants broadcaster Mike Krukow (former pitcher) was talking on air about Kaline who was broadcasting in booth next door. Said Kaline was in great shape his entire playing career, could have played a few more years beyond the 22 years Kaline played, and that Kaline still was still in great shape (2012, at that time).

^That's hilarious. Were you in the back of the boat on the Pirates ride and were there others in the boat?
I grew up in SoCal and the Adventures Through Inner Space ride was makeout central because it was dark and moved slow and had those semi surround pods that fit 2 people. Always wondered if the guys watching the security cameras got off on that or it bored them.

Have never done it on the beach. Where I grew up in SoCal, there was a beach community with super uptight police force. Had been making out with girlfriend on beach, no sex, we fell asleep. At 2AM, the police dept. chopper flew up and down the beach floodlighting the beach with LE officers on loudspeaker screaming get the hell off the beach you're all violating curfew. Woke us up and as the floodlights scanned and lit up the beach around us there were several couples fucking, all properly socially distanced from us. It was highly entertaining.

In an outdoor jacuzzi at night, several times.
Those winding pools at some Hawaiian resorts that are landscaped with lava and natural habitat plants - in a lava cave at one of those type pools.
In a wilderness area on rolled out sleeping bags under the stars and also in a canoe in the middle of the lake in that same wilderness area (canoe did not tip over, thank God, and it was difficult to not tip).
On a small island in the middle of a lake in British Columbia.

Would be interesting to hear from the dancers here what is their response to OP's question, which is basically: Is a good looking older than 30 dancer's experience and friendly personality enough to offset a drop in looks that comes with age to continue generating good income?
Answer is you betcha, from some component of the PL population, including me. My CF is upper 30s, fit, youthful looks, good sense of humor. Agree with RandomMember that the raw animal attraction of the younger girls draws initial attention more than the older. But those who have developed into faves trend toward older.
